Group 1 Audi Whetstone

I received outstanding service from Iqbaal at Audi Whetstone. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The handover was handled extremely professionally, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A big thank you to Iqbaal for his excellent customer service. He is a real credit to Audi Whetstone, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Had such a smooth purchasing experience with Santo. Everything was straight forward and smooth.

I arrived at audi Chingford..found a parking space..I had a walk around all the cars parked outside..a few staff members acknowledged me by just saying hello..which was nice..I saw one of the cars i was hoping to see.. Another few cars on the web site wasn't their .which wasn't great..if on the website..the cars should be their..I was looking at the car I liked..a member of staff asked could he help..hes name was Mark ... a very nice man..I explained i was thing of buying a car maybe in October- November..he said if I need anything just come inside..I did go inside & asked to see someone..Mark came out and I asked could I look & sit in the car..Mark said no problem I'll get the keys..Mark brought out some printed information on the car..which was nice to receive..Mark showed me the car and gave me time to look at things..i sat in the drivers seat & started the engine..i really liked the way it looked & feeled..Mark showed me some of the cars equipment- inside the boot..overall. ark helped me out very well.mark gave me hes business card & said if I needed any help give him a call..overall I had a good experience at Chingford audi..Mark was a quality salesman..cheers..

Really disappointing experience at Audi Whetstone. I had called beforehand because I was having an issue with the myAudi app after being logged out, and I was told to come into the dealership for help. I made the trip there, explained the issue to reception, and they asked someone to come over and assist me. From the moment he came over, his attitude was terrible. He looked miserable, was incredibly rude, and his customer service was honestly shocking. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer simply asking for help with an Audi service. Instead of actually trying to help, I was basically told to contact the dealership I bought the car from or call a load of different numbers, and that I should be prepared to provide proof of ownership and proof of payment for the car — all just to get access to the app again. As a young person, the whole experience felt especially dismissive, almost like I wasn’t being taken seriously at all. Thankfully, I contacted the dealership I originally bought the car from, and they were helpful and managed to sort the issue for me. It’s just a shame they’re so far away, because I would happily have gone there instead. In a way, I’m glad I experienced this before booking my car in for a service, because now I know I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting this dealership with my car. I’d rather travel outside London where, from my experience, the staff have been much friendlier, happier to help and actually make you feel valued as a customer. Based on this experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend Audi Whetstone.

We visited Audi Whetstone and Iqbaal was incredibly helpful. His customer service was amazing friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable and we can not wait to collect our brand new A3! Highly recommended!
