Extremely disappointing experience with Whetstone Audi. My Audi A7’s air conditioning stopped working following an MMI replacement by Whetstone Audi on 19 June 2026. The dealership confirmed in writing that the AC failure was due to the MMI not being correctly coded. More than five months later (following my first visit on 19 May 2026) and after seven separate trips to the dealership,14 days at their garage,my car is still not fixed. I was unable to rely on the air conditioning during the summer heat, causing huge discomfort and inconvenience. I have sent numerous emails to my service adviser, contacted both the aftersales manager and the service manager at Whetstone Audi, and even escalated the issue directly via email to the Head of Business at Group 1. Audi UK has also been involved for two months and has tried to intervene multiple times, but no one has secured a resolution. Seven trips over five months and still no fix. They have failed to repair the car too many times. The delays, poor communication, and total lack of accountability have been extremely disappointing. I expected far better from a main Audi dealership.
