Group 1 Audi Whetstone

I want to give a huge thank you to Joel Ramos at Audi Whetstone for the excellent service he provided when my car was taken in for a Throttle Valve replacement. From start to finish, Joel was incredibly communicative, professional and patient. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, explained everything clearly, and always made sure I knew what was happening with the car. At what was already a stressful and frustrating time, having someone as helpful and approachable as Joel made a massive difference. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Audi Extended Warranty. I pay around £100 per month for the warranty, so I was extremely disappointed when my claim for the repair was refused. In my experience, it is very difficult to justify paying that amount every month for additional peace of mind, only to then find that a significant repair is not covered when you actually need to make a claim. The whole situation left me seriously questioning the value of the extended warranty. Joel, however, went above and beyond to help me despite the warranty decision. Rather than simply leaving me to deal with the cost, he took the time to advise me on my options and helped arrange a payment plan through Bumper, which made the repair much more manageable. Joel is a genuine credit to Audi Whetstone. His communication, patience, professionalism and willingness to help were outstanding, and I would happily deal with him again. 5 stars for Joel and the service he personally provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the Audi Extended Warranty was the complete opposite and I will be taking on a third party warranty instead.

We had a wonderful experience buying our car from Audi Whetstone, thanks to Iqbal. His customer service was exceptional - he was incredibly attentive, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience such a positive one. We really appreciated his professionalism and friendly approach and would highly recommend Iqbal and the Audi Whetstone team!

We have been very pleased with the service from Iqbaal it was five stars we were treated like family it was so easy to talk to him. Also Terry the manager was brilliant. We loved the tea and latte and we will be visiting more. Will enjoy our new Audi Q2, I felt he treated us like his own parents my wife and I.
