The team at BMW Watford were exceptionally helpful from start to finish. Viraj Kothari in particular was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The technician Mark Downs due to Mr. Kothari’s recommendation even resolved an issue with one of my in‑car chargers at no extra cost, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care. I was initially anxious about going to Watford, as I usually visit Borehamwood, but the professionalism, transparency in pricing, and genuine passion for doing the job properly at both sites is truly top tier. These are people committed to delivering the best outcome for customers — honest, skilled, and accommodating. BMW Watford is the only place to take your BMW if you want work done by people who care. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart…” (Colossians 3:23) “…whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40) I’m very grateful.

I booked a full service with BMW Group 1 through BookMyGarage, with a pre-agreed estimate. After dropping the car off, BMW Group 1 called to say the job would now cost 40% more than what was quoted and agreed at booking. I asked them to simply carry out whatever work was actually covered under the original quote, but they refused to proceed on those terms. I had no choice but to collect my car without any service being carried out. What made this worse was that BMW Group 1 seemed to have no clear idea of what job they had actually accepted the car in for — it felt like the booking details and the estimate meant nothing once the car was already checked in. A completely wasted trip, wasted time, and a total lack of accountability for the price they themselves agreed to. I would not recommend BMW Group 1, and I've lost confidence in BookMyGarage's ability to hold dealerships to their quoted prices.

I sent my BMW 320d here and they got back to me saying they can’t fix the oil leak issue I ended up selling my car for half the price, later realising that it was not hard to fix but very bad experience from this BMW branch Sold my car 20k worth bmw for 9k. Don’t go to this branch, their knowledge and service is poor

Booked in for a service 2 weeks in advance and indicated problem with a grinding sound . Service carried out efficiently (no video link sent as has been done previously) but told a part needed ordering. Some time later called back to say bring the car in next week as part would be ready. No confirmation of appointment received by told by Hannah to come nevertheless via telephone call. Requested a confirmation. Call up day before and day of appointment to confirm. Took day off work, got someone else to cover me. Upon arrival was busy and nothing on the system. Hannah kindly said she’d get it sorted . Called myself around 330pm to see if car was ready and told car had been disassembled but part had not arrived . Believe this was an excuse as was no booked in to allocate time for the job. Told to pick the car up after assembly and arrived 30 minutes later to pick up the car. Job not done. Still have the issue . Considering customer circumstances is an after thought . Loss earnings and inconvenience !
