Great car (X3) but unfortunately terrible customer service by the manager. Reported a fault with the washer fluid during warranty, which they didn't fix. Then the same issue arose upon expiry of warranty but manager wouldn't accept it was reported beforehand and wouldn't do anything about it. My wife and I spoke to him in person but he completely dismissed anything we had to say. Very unusual choice for a manager given his confrontational, arrogant and rigid approach, but then perhaps that's how they want him in order to maximise profit. Also rarely answer phone calls; especially their service department.

Been coming here for years, but sadly all the good stuff is let down by the really irritating stuff. Booked in for an MOT and complimentary check etc specifically asking for a car wash and a litre of oil for the boot compartment. Car came back dirty, tyre pressures all wrong (a basic check?) and no oil. Took car to car wash, stopped at Halfords to buy oil (probably cheaper) and re-inflated tyres when home……disappointing. 16 days later the on-board computer says transmission oil and a drivetrain check are over due. What was checked when the car was in 16 days earlier? Clearly not any imminent service needs. Frankly I find falls way short of what I would expect from BMW….

Attended 2/10/26 at 11:00 BMW Watford provides very poor customer service to customers. I only required one BMW staff member to show me how to reset the tyre settings. I didn’t get a chance to communicate my minor issue, because the receptionist said there’s nobody available to help, but I can book an appointment. How ridiculous is that. If you’re a great admirer of extremely POOR service BMW Watford is the perfect place for you. My advice to Anyone who values great service to take your business elsewhere.

Poor service from this particular centre.... They organised a date for fitting a starter motor and they cancelled it last minute without providing a legitimate reason nor offered a alternative date saying the motor is out of stock and they dont know when it will be back in stock. I would not recommend them for repairs.

The team at BMW Watford were exceptionally helpful from start to finish. Viraj Kothari in particular was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The technician Mark Downs due to Mr. Kothari’s recommendation even resolved an issue with one of my in‑car chargers at no extra cost, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care. I was initially anxious about going to Watford, as I usually visit Borehamwood, but the professionalism, transparency in pricing, and genuine passion for doing the job properly at both sites is truly top tier. These are people committed to delivering the best outcome for customers — honest, skilled, and accommodating. BMW Watford is the only place to take your BMW if you want work done by people who care. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart…” (Colossians 3:23) “…whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40) I’m very grateful.
