We had an outstanding experience buying our used car from Jemma Suttle. She responded incredibly quickly—even over the weekend—and sent us a personal video introducing the car in detail. Throughout the entire sales process, Jemma provided exceptional support. She kept us constantly updated, was always available, and even sent us another personalized video before the car was delivered. Where you take your Car to Die! Couldn't have had a worse experience with Servicing - Ended up having to sell my car due to the poor condition it was left in by servicing. No longer had confidence in it after such a terrible service experience leaving the car with serious faults. Was told by the Site Manager if you like your car you shouldn't have it serviced by a Dealer! AVOID!!!!

I took my 92 year old Mum's BMW 1 series car in to be fixed as it wasn't working properly. I was looked after by Jamie. This was my second visit and I have to say I was really impressed with the team here and Jamie particularly. They could find nothing wrong with the car after two visits which was concerning however, after talking to Jamie he worked out what the problem was. (it wasn't the car) Thanks to all and especially Jamie. What a great garage - Olympic standard.

Very disappointed with my experience at BMW Forting. I booked my car in for a coolant leak inspection, and when I made the booking, I was told that the inspection would be free of charge. After dropping the car off, I was then told that I would have to pay £100. In the end, I was charged around £400 just for investigating the coolant leak. I feel completely misled and very disappointed as a customer. The price and charges were not clearly explained to me from the beginning, and the cost increased significantly from what I was originally told. I am also extremely disappointed with the quality of the parts used in my BMW. The coolant system appears to have multiple weak points, with coolant leaks occurring from hoses and plastic connectors. In my opinion, problems like this should not be happening in a premium BMW, and BMW should be taking responsibility for these failures and repairing them free of charge. I have owned BMWs for years, but after this experience I am seriously questioning the quality and reliability of the brand. I will never buy another BMW again. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer and I will be making a formal complaint about this experience. I would not recommend BMW Worthing based on my experience.

I recently visited bmw Worthing for the first time for a fault with my vehicle , and had the pleasure of being looked after by Jake . I have used various bmw garages previously but found my visit to Worthing faultless . I was kept updated during the process and the repair was explained in detail, with all my questioned answered by Jake . Upon collecting my vehicle it had been washed and was ready to collect at the time I required and all the work carried out , including a health check video sent to my email . A big thank you to Jake for doing such a brilliant job !

Terrible communication and still waiting for a call back even though its been 3.5 weeks. I then chased this up with an email to the aftersales manager (Steve) and still no reply after I sent it to him 2 weeks ago. I bought my car from this dealership and at one point I would've highly recommended them to anyone. Now, I won't even say they are good as the communication is bad, no call backs, no customer care and complete avoidance to the customer. They dont get back to you on any questions regarding warranty work either. Given up with this dealership and i'm now travelling 300 miles just to get a good service with better communication and a dealership that actually accepts warranty work. I will not be returning back to this dealership now because it's not reliable enough to reply to any calls or emails. ***update after 1 week of leaving this review, and reading the reply that the manager will call me. I still haven't had a phone call as they said. As stated above, they dont call you.***
