This was my first experience of getting a brand new car from a showroom. Mohammed was the man to really help me and put me at ease with everything involved he went above and beyond to help me and explained everything and nothing was too much for him. I located a Porsche Macan GTS for sale at BMW Worthing on line and made enquiries with BMW Sales Executive Nigel Armitage. We had several phone calls together, two personal videos of the vehicle and several follow up emails. I lived some 200 miles from the Dealership so arrangements were discussed to visit. Nigel gave me instructions on a train journey which seemed the logical way to travel and I booked early morning travel from Norwich down to Worthing. On arrival I was collected from the station which I gratefully excepted. During the process of the negotiations there were a few minor hiccups along the way but Nigel handled them professionally and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his attention to detail was second to none. I compliment him for his understanding and his customer focused approach. Give Group 1 Worthing BMW a visit you will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased my new X2 with Mo, he was fantastic. Not only did he make the whole process smooth, seamless and incredibly easy for me, but I felt he really went above and beyond the norm. He knew this was an exciting purchase for me and made the whole experience great. High recommend !
