My experience at Hatfield SEAT was very good as far as the sales process. Andreas was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. However, the car was not ready at the time I’d arranged to collect it and there are a few things which need to be done which should have already been done on collection. I arranged at the time to return it to the garage a week later for these things to be corrected and they will provide a courtesy car. If they can get this sorted out they’ll be great.

I called to enquire about exchanging the car which I had on PCP midway through the plan, and to look at options for something larger. I initially called and spoke with George who organised an appointment, and was then met with Kalpesh as George's prior appontment overran. Both members of the team were friendly and really helpful, and I ended up swapping my Ibiza for the Arona. Turnaround and collection of car was quick, being a used approved they had the vehicle ready within 48hours to collect. I've had three cars from the dealership now and would definitely recommend.
