Following a full systems failure (brakes, steering, suspension, drive system and more) on my Audi e-tron and an intervention from roadside assistance, I was directed by Audi Assist to take the car to Cheshire Oaks Audi. On arrival I was told that the car could not be looked at as a recovery as I had driven it in myself (and would be just booked in as a standard diagnostic), and a courtesy car could not be provided. This was a complete contradiction of what Audi Assist had told me and was against the terms of the extended warranty I have on the car. I felt like the service specialist was attempting to fob me off. I left the car at Cheshire Oaks Audi anyway as VW Financial Services instructed me not to drive the car any further. The car was eventually looked at 6 days later (after I had been called and asked who Iā€™d left the key with; I suspect they couldnā€™t find it for some reason. I was also told that someone would take the car for an extended test drive once software updates were complete; when I was initially called about picking it up this had not happened. It certainly seems like communication within this business needs to improve significantly. On the upside, the car was returned in a clean and tidy condition.

Sales executive Craig was exceptionally proficient, seamless assistance, very capable. Rang 4 days later to ensure everything was OK. Great sense of humour too. Only downside - your company has removed card transactions, unlike my previous RS6 purchase from you which was far more straightforward. Other than that - excellent customer service.
