Brilliant customer service from start to finish with all elements of the work carried out explained with complete clarity, going above and beyond my expectations and I will be using them again for my future vehicle maintenance.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by Albertas Juodaitis, who also goes by AJ. From the beginning, I found his attitude rude, unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I was trying to resolve a straightforward matter regarding a vehicle and was told by Mercedes that the car had been sold to me with a full service history. At the time, the service history had not been provided, and when I raised this, AJ accused me of lying and said, “you lied to me.” The service history was subsequently provided, which makes his response even more disappointing. I made it clear during the conversation that I was unhappy with his attitude and that I did not wish to continue dealing with him. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he said that his manager would call me back. No manager ever contacted me. AJ then ended the call. What shocked me most was the impression that he was only willing to assist me if I continued the purchase directly through him. When I made it clear that, because of his attitude, I would prefer to deal with somebody else, he became very hesitant to help. It felt as though his priority was keeping the sale for himself rather than providing good customer service. Ultimately, the dealership lost a potential sale because of his attitude, ego and unwillingness to put the customer first. I was genuinely interested in the vehicle, but I was not prepared to deal with somebody who spoke to me in that manner or made me feel that I had to continue dealing with him in order to receive assistance. I find it quite shocking that a dealership would employ somebody who demonstrates such a lack of professionalism, communication skills and basic customer service. A sales representative should be able to deal with a customer who raises a legitimate concern without becoming confrontational or making personal accusations. I would strongly recommend that management reviews how this matter was handled and, in particular, the way customers are spoken to when they decide they would rather deal with another member of staff. A sale should never be more important than treating the customer with respect. In this case, the dealership lost my business entirely because of the way I was treated.

Fantastic customer service from Julia. Easy process, a long term friend I have known for 10 years in the car trade made the introduction I had been to at Least five garages, I had a budget of 15k which we managed to find my Q2, with a top top spec. Also the number managers were approachable friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile. I am in love with my new car and grateful how easy this whole process was. And look at the matching drink I got to leave with ✌️ I have never ever owned an Audi I’ve come from a much newer mercedes however this car is a dream to drive. And I am one happy customer! Julia assisted me with the service and dropped me off while I got some work done on the car and left the car at my gym for me. Exceptional customer service which you don’t often see these days.
