Outstanding Experience – A Truly Premium Service Team! I recently brought my car in for a repair, and I cannot praise the team enough for the exceptional service I received. I had my alternator repaired completely under warranty, and the process was absolutely seamless. Since getting the car back, it is performing better than ever—it feels completely rejuvenated! To be honest, I was initially quite nervous. I fully expected Audi to look for every excuse in the book to avoid covering it, and I thought I would have to fight them for a resolution. Instead, I was truly surprised and impressed by how they immediately took full responsibility for a known defect without any pushback. From start to finish, the entire dealership team went above and beyond to look after me: • Patrick (Service Manager): Was absolutely incredible. Not only did he promptly agree to get the repair done under warranty, but he also arranged to have the vehicle diagnosed on the exact day it broke down. His swift action and professionalism set a fantastic, stress-free tone for the whole visit. • Alexia (Service Advisor): Looked after my repair with incredible care. She kept me constantly updated on the progress, answered all my questions, and made the entire process completely hassle-free. • Leo (Sales Advisor): Was incredibly helpful with so many different things. Even though I was in for a service, he took the time to assist me with additional enquiries, showing genuine dedication and top-tier customer care. • David (Technician): Provided an incredibly in-depth analysis of the vehicle. His technical expertise was clear, and he took the time to ensure the root cause was fixed perfectly. I truly felt like my car was in the safest possible hands. • Shaf and the Car Wash Team: A huge thank you for handling the car clean exactly the way I wanted. I am very particular about my paintwork, and they meticulously washed it to protect it from swirl marks. The car rolled out looking absolutely pristine. This is exactly what premium customer service should look like. Professionalism, transparency, and top-tier technical skills all around. Highly recommended!

I have a terrible experience. Car went in for an adaptive light fault. A minor job turned into requiring a whole new headlight costing several thousand of pounds. Customer service is awful. No one answers the phone or keeps customer up to date with status. When the phone is answered, no-one then returns the calls. Ended up taking the car back three time and without my car for over four weeks. Very disappointed experience.

If your car is under warranty and needs a repair they will not contact you. My car went in April this year and I haven't received a single call back or email from anyone at the dealership. The boot has been broken since April and with a 2 year old daughter, we need access for her pram, scooters etc. This is completely unacceptable. There is also a list of other repairs that need to be carried out and these have also been left and forgotten about.
