This was a good experience but my expectations were low from previous dealings with this dealership. Despite this, I was looked after by Jelenia who was polite, friendly and efficient in the service provided and she has gone some way to restore my faith in Macc Audi, she should be commended for this.

I ordered a car with Harry back in August. To say I have had the worst experience is an understatement. I ordered the car in August, I chased for multiple updates and got ignored until the 11th of November which was not really an update, was just to tell me nothing had changed. I then got my first update email on the 30th of November which is when I was told the car hasn’t arrived in the UK yet and will be early December. I was then emailed later on that day asking for further information which I sent over straight away. I then got my next email off Harry on the 11th of November telling me I will now get weekly updates. I then emailed on the 12th, 21st and 24th as Harry did not stick to his word and gave me no update. He finally responded after numerous phone calls to the site to say he hadn’t done his job properly and now had to cancel the car…. This was incorrect information yet again as he kept making mistakes. I then kicked off as I had had enough at this point and figured out Harry really has no clue what’s going on or what he’s doing. This was all rectified on the same day and was assured everything had gone through fine and the car was still on order. I have not heard anything since the 24th, I emailed this morning on December the 4th to ask harry where the car was up to and what was going on and he responded to tell me I should look for a car else where as there is nothing he can do but I now cannot have the Audi. He had no decency to tell me or even contact me to notify me… the service has been shocking from start to finish and just an absolute joke

Our visit to Audi was an impromptu visit, I decided not to book any appointments to view vehicles for my Motability lease renewal as I had no particular vehicle in mind and it was a little daunting after 5 years since I chose my last one. However I have had an Audi previously so it was my first stop - within 2 hours my new Motability vehicle was chosen! So happy with the service I received from Tom, and for the follow-up check. Everything was fully explained simply from the application process to choosing the right vehicle and finally the completion process. Tom couldn't have made it any easier for me, Thank you!

Big thanks to Dan & Tom, from initial contact in relation to our car purchase through to on the day collection. Tom went above and beyond expectations, assisting with transfer of number plate, temporary insurance & getting Audi profile set up in the new car. Can’t fault the service we received, we would highly recommend the team. 5* service.

Very poor customer service and they stole my bottle of coolant. I have not written a review for Google before, but felt I had to after my very poor experience here. My car was booked in for a diagnostic for a coolant leak. I dropped it off at 9:45am and as I live an hour away, I asked for plenty of notice to collect the car before they closed at 6:30pm. I also mentioned to Jess when I checked the car in that it was still under warranty and I would like to check whether the repair would be covered on this. Having not heard anything, I called the service department at 4:30pm. There was no answer. I tried again multiple times over the next 45 minutes and could not get any answer. 75 minutes before closing time, the only option I had was to drive to Macclesfield in the hope that my car was ready as I had a rental car that I had to return. At 5:45pm, 45 minutes before closing time Jess called me (so if I had waited for the call I would not have got there before they closed). She told me that my car was ready and quoted me nearly £700 for the replacement of two coolant pipes. I asked about the warranty and she told me that she had not checked this (despite being asked to). She told me that the warranty department closed in 10 minutes and she may not be able to reach them before Monday (this was a Friday). When I arrived at the dealership, Jess told me that the repair would not be covered. I asked to see the warranty wording and the manager came to speak to me. He was very patronising in how he addressed me, even after I accepted seeing the wording with my own eyes. He lectured me about how the warranty was like insurance - except insurance typically doesn't come with a long list of exclusions. The day after I collected my car, I realised that the large bottle of coolant I had in the car was missing. Knowing that I had a coolant leak I had been carrying spare 'just in case', and to find that this had been removed from the vehicle was concerning. I appreciated the car being cleaned, but I don't appreciate my property being stolen! AVOID.

As my rental car car was due back and I needed my car, I had option but to drive to Macclesfield as otherwise I would not get there before closing time. Whilst on route, Jess called to tell me the car was ready and gave me a price for the repair. I asked about the warranty, and she had not checked this (despite me making it clear when I dropped off the car) and said that she would have to call me back. However, as the warranty department closed in 10 minutes time she was unsure if she would be able to reach them. When I arrived Jess told me that she had spoken to warranty and the repair would not be covered. I was quoted the best part of £700 for the replacement of two coolant pipes. I asked to see the wording in the warranty, and the manager came to speak to me. His attitude was patronising, and despite me being able to see the wording of the warranty with my own eyes and being accepting of it, he proceeded to lecture me about how the warranty was like insurance.
I collected my car and the next day realised that the large bottle of coolant that I had in the vehicle was missing. As I had a coolant leak it was prudent to carry some coolant, so to find this missing was disappointing and concerning. Whilst I appreciate that my car was cleaned, I am not pleased that my bottle of coolant was taken.
