The first thing I’d like to say is that all staff that I had a touch point with were fantastic. However, I was disappointed with my experience with my MOT for the following reasons.
1. I live in Congleton which is circa 8 miles from the Macclesfield dealership and I was unable to secure a car to get home.
2. As a result I asked about getting a ‘whilst I wait’ service, however none were available.
3. Therefore I had to pay for a taxi service there and back which cost me £50.
4. In addition, I was only notified that my car was ready at 17:45 and wouldn’t be able to pick it up that evening, therefore I had to cancel my plans for the evening and next day as I had no car.

The service was efficient, transparent, and well organised. A great experience overall and I would highly recommend .
At the end of the day, it was great to drive away in a cleaned car!
