From the initial conversation with Gary through to the handover of my new car I could not have asked for more, he truly went the extra mile and it was so appreciated. Took an RS6 for warranty issue Audi Stockport then made false claim that extended warranty doesn't cover the issue and wanted me to pay for the warranty issue. I reluctantly agreed to pay is well as I didn't have time to go back and forth however they kept delaying the work. It came to a point I just took my car back and got the issue sorted eles where. Bunch of Jokers/ time wasters in Audi Stockport.

Poor customer service and after sales. My vehicle had its climate control module replaced under warranty. This repair led to a suspected software/coding related issue rendering significant basic functions inoperable. Although this was caused by an existing repair, I was instructed this would be £150 for diagnostic including a + 1 month wait. If lucky enough, the £150 would be removed if covered by warranty even though it has been caused by a warranty repair in the first place. A few emails and phone calls later, I am stranded waiting for a response or until my appointment date. Emails have been ignored, phone calls “we will get back to you”. This is extremely disappointing as experience purchasing the vehicle was positive and the original module replacement was done efficiently.

10/10 on every trip. The staff go above and beyond and they just make the whole experience of visiting them incredible. I recently booked in for my MOT and due to unexpected changes in plans I had my young son with me. I emailed to ask if they could carry out my MOT earlier due to this and couldn’t belive it when they did and helped me with him on the day. Just incredible customer service.
