⭐ Very disappointing experience with BMW Bedford I had a very disappointing experience with BMW Bedford regarding a repair to my car. Initially, I was quoted £843 to replace both front upper spring seats. The next day, BMW offered to complete the same repair for £149 including parts, labour and tax, so I agreed to proceed. Before the appointment, I was told the parts were unavailable and my appointment was moved to Monday. Then, the day before the new appointment, I was called and told that they could not do the repair for £149 and that I would have to pay £843. This was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expected much better communication and transparency from a BMW dealership. If £149 was not a genuine final price, this should have been explained clearly from the beginning. Very poor customer experience and disappointing service from BMW Bedford. There is no 0 star option. If its available i would put O option

Serviced my X6 on the 8/09 26 the guys were brilliant away did a great job. The car feels really smooth much appreciated. Definitely recommend Bedford BMW!!

Car booked in for recall work. 2 hr job. Ready in 1 hr. Asked for a receipt. Told I dont need one, so emailed to get a copy for my records. No reply so emailed a complaint. Received email back with copy invoice. Totally not my mileage! I'd never trust this dealership now! Wont be going back there.

Three times I have contacted this dealership to ask them a question about a problem with my car I had no response and still had no response very poor customer service

No issues slight complaints however fantastic service as always, especially when you have a waiting appointment, only slight note was that the service desk colleague showed me to my car was very curt, how the level of customer service I expect effective I’ve been coming to branch for over five years. I am hoping that this was just a one off.

Review edit: BMW Bedford have agreed to get the tyres swapped out for Goodyear Eagle F1’s (What the new 1 series usually ships with) and the car drives noticeably better. 5 stars Bought an ex demonstrator 3 month old 1 series M sport from here. Buying process was ok. Having driven the car for the last 2 and a half weeks I’ve noticed it handles, aquaplanes and slides really badly in the rain/on wet roads. Since noticing this I’ve realised the car came fitted with Nexen Nfera Sport tyres which consistently rank poorly in wet conditions, and are a budget tire. I think it’s really poor that BMW Bedford are selling such new and expensive cars with low performing tyres. In the past I’ve had new fords that have shipped with continentals, Pirelli’s etc. I’ve been in touch about my safety concerns about the tyres and have had no correspondence back. If you are buying from here would strongly recommend checking the tyres aren’t these ones and if so demand they are changed.
