Test drove a car, the salesperson was extremely unimpressive. Had zero interest in why I wanted the car, didn’t demonstrate anything about it for the test drive and when I dropped it off was dismissive of the questions I asked. I will be getting this car but not through this dealership

Waited 1.5 months for a diagnostics appointment, I was called the day before and told they don't have a loan car for me and re scheduled my appointment for another 2 months later, rather than find me a loan car they just re scheduled my appointment for next available. Very very poor level of service from this branch, front of house staff did not care about the inconvenience caused by a nearly 4 month wait time for an appointment. Bmw has a reputation for poor aftercare, its because of branches like this. Avoid if possible.

Very disappointing experience with Group 1 BMW Borehamwood. Their systems weren’t working properly, and the staff made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. They gave the impression that they simply couldn’t be bothered to help. Technical problems can happen, but how staff respond makes all the difference. I expected some basic courtesy and a willingness to get things sorted. Instead, I left feeling dismissed. The customer service fell well short of what I would expect from a BMW dealership.

The product genius Prerna Is indeed a genius with software on BMW‘s. In particular she is very patient with people asking the same stupid question for the umpteenth time and has a very friendly courteous patient Manor. I was incredibly impressed with her complete knowledge of everything to do with the. Infotainment system And the friendly And patient way, she explained it to me. I could not recommend her more highly

Just driven an hour to take our X1into Borehamwood as group 1 closed the Stansted branch it was chaotic to say the least no parking approximately twelve people waiting to be seen by an advisor when we did get to see one not very helpful so got onto our car and left went to another dealer group so much more relaxed and professional that’s where our car will be going in future

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist was lush however the sales rep was awful . Blunt and dismissive, I felt extremely uncomfortable which lead to me cutting my visit short . I will never be coming here again !!! Don’t waste your time

Very disappointing experience. Had a warm welcome for the receptionist however the sales rep was unwelcoming and acted as if we were burdening him with our enquiry. We wasn’t even approached with a smile and greeting. The whole experience was very unsatisfying and has resulted in us not wanting to return to this branch again. I’m not quite sure how a reputable brand can have people like that representing the sales department. It is a shame.
