Had an incredibly positive experience dealing with both Liv, Ant, Rob and all the other mechanics in the workshop. Can't fault the team, very helpful. All round professionals, who got me out of a serious jam with my car. Thank you Group 1 Chelmsford. Customer service of that level is exceptionally rare in this day and age.

A few weeks back I contacted BMW Chelmsford and dealt with Abbie. I would like to thank Abbie for going above and beyond to ensure everything was completed in time for handover. Thanks as well for making sure the vehicle was in immaculate condition. Considering I live 2 hours away, I’m glad I chose to travel a little further and really pleased with the service and help Abbie gave me during the whole process. See you again in the future 👍

Amazing service yet again from both Ed in parts and Abby in service. My M2 was bought back in to have the headlights replaced under warranty. Ed and Abby both went above and beyond by ensuring I was able to get home after dropping my car off and that the work was completed quickly. The work was completed promptly and I collected my car the following day. I travelled over an hour to have my car serviced at this centre and would do it again. Thanks so much to Ed and Abby for making this such a smooth process. 10/10

A few weeks back, I was at Group 1 Chelmsford BMW, looking to change my well trusted BMW car. I was looked after by Paul O'Reilly, and was introduced to the 4 series grand coupe. During that time, I test drove the 420i, the i4e40 and the 340i for the engine, as they did not have a 440i available. I was very pleased with the interaction I had with Paul. He was friendly, transparent, understood my needs and allowed me time and space to make my own decision. I have come across sales persons that are very pushy and use high pressure sales tactics. Paul was very balanced in his approach, focuses on customer first mentality rather than solely on closing the deal or selling PCP, giving me adequate space and time. After a few weeks, I shortlisted it down to the M440i vs the Audi S5. They were both so close in terms of what I was looking for. I would be happy to live with either model. I finally decided on the S5 as it offered a more comprehensive complete package. I want to thank Paul for the time he spent with me, very much appreciated! If you are looking for a new or used BMW, I highly recommend that you ask for Paul.
