I’m sharing my experience following a recent vehicle purchase, and overall, it was extremely disappointing. On collection day, I was left waiting a long time due to the vehicle logbook being misplaced, a poor and frustrating start. Shortly after, I raised scratches on the wing mirror and was assured by Jay they would be fixed. When the car was returned, most scratches were still there, and there was zero follow-up. Weeks later, Jay called about an extended warranty, despite never addressing the unresolved issue. When I raised it again, he suggested the mirror could be replaced, so I took time out of work to bring the car in, only to be told afterwards that nothing would be repaired. This was after he had already reviewed the photos and agreed to proceed, making it a complete waste of my time. I was also told multiple colleagues “couldn’t see any scratches,” which was frankly dismissive and hard to believe. After escalating, Emma from management was helpful and acknowledged the issue. However, only one scratch was fixed, and I was told no further work would be done due to cost on a 1.5-year-old car. She also confirmed that mirrors wouldn’t be swapped between vehicles, directly contradicting what Jay had previously told me over email. Overall, I was given repeated assurances that were not honoured, experienced poor communication throughout, and was inconvenienced unnecessarily. While I appreciate Emma’s effort, the process was inconsistent and well below standard. The car was returned with fuel as a gesture, but the wing mirror is still scratched and the issue remains unresolved. A very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Very poor experience with Simon King regarding an issue with my BMW X6. Communication was extremely difficult—he was rarely available, and when I finally reached him, he showed no interest in properly diagnosing or resolving the problem. My BMW X6 was sold as “approved,” but it has had issues with burning too much oil since purchase. I expected much better support and accountability for an approved vehicle. He is the manager and should have been more caring than anyone else, but in my experience he was the complete opposite. His communication was careless, dismissive, and at times it felt like he had no interest in helping. It seemed like someone who has been in the role for a long time and no longer takes the job seriously. I was left waiting for long periods without updates, and when I tried to explain my frustration, he ended the call and said I was wasting his time. Completely unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Overall, this experience has seriously affected my confidence in BMW ownership, and I would be very cautious with BMW Approved Used vehicles. Personally, I would not go for BMW again—if you want a more reliable and hassle-free car, I would recommend considering Volvo instead.

Fantastic customer experience as always

I phoned into the showroom on Sunday and asked to test drive which they accommodated on the same day. Showroom was busy but nice coffee and friendly team of employees. I had a lovely test drive with Jay and did not buy a car but nevertheless had a good experience here.
