Left my car here last Friday 2nd October for a check engine light. Was told needed 4 hours of further investigation and that the car will go in on Monday 6th for this, so left this with them. Called back today Tuesday 7th October being told the technician isn't working until the following Monday, the lady on the phone was very nice about it but that's still ridiculous. Im told no other technician can work on it and I just gotta leave it for another week. I've now got no car and no means of getting to work for another week and probably longer as this is only investigation. The car need a strip down so technically its still a fresh job so why cant someone else start my work, most inconvenient situation ive ever been in, and they couldn't even offer a courtesy car either. The worse bit is i booked it in for the check engine light, they spent a whole day with my car not checking the engine, instead other works about 1 tyre and band brake problem were picked up on which the 2nd had already been identified previously, the car was there since 9am that friday. Being told they leave each vehicle with a particular technician who may not be in for a while is just unacceptable

Where to find Group 1 Ipswich BMW
