A hugh thank you to Anthony Hall because he made everything smooth and hassle free when buying my new car. Anthony is very professional and great salesman. Just attended a booked meeting with Joseph to look at buying a new car. Sat around for 30 minutes to be told they had booked the wrong day. He could have come and spoken to me at any point but left me sitting for half an hour. Considering the money I was looking at spending a little common courtesy to get up from his desk to speak to a customer would have beneficial, but obviously far too busy for that. Disgusting attitude. Not the first time. I've spent several hours waiting to collect cars that have been serviced to be told "oh that was ready an hour ago haven't they got the keys for you". Last time I literally had to ask someone for my car as they were closing! Terrible service compete disrespect of their customers.

I have recently purchased a new car and had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph Vaugh. He listened to what I wanted to achieve, helped source a new car from elsewhere in Group1 and put a deal together that worked for me. I also had a couple of the managers pop out and introduce themselves and provide advice on the new car. That was a nice touch.

Very poor experience at Lincoln bmw the sales guy Joe didn’t one address me by name !! Said he would do a deal then offered a low ball valuation of £43500 against £46-£47 that other sites had offered I couldn’t recommend this site at all!! Ignorant also!!

Recently took my car in for a service at BMW Lincoln and what can I say, the service I received from I believe Yazmin as this is the lady I got the updates from she is a superstar.. The only thing that could be improved is the contact prior I tried calling on multiple occasions just for a few questions but could never get through to the service department and when I left messages with other departments I never got anything in response. But Yazmin was a superstar seriously went above and beyond, reassured me with everything showed me to my courtesy car and the features it entails Thank you very much
