Terrible place - this dealership damages the whole BMW Brand in the UK. The car was sold as BMW used approved vehicle. Very soon I noticed that the audio system does not work properly, in fact when I was on my way to London.(I informed Jake this verbally and via email within a couple of days)and there was an issue with the central locking. All this is confirmed by Hedin. The true reliability and the service level is measured when there is an issue. The Norwich boys deny any responsibility and refer me under the warranty even the car was faulty at the point of sale. They refuse the repair the fault and just offer a buyback. So to summarise, Used BMW approved means nothing. I've used days to try to fix the matter and picked up the car travelling all the way to Norwich. Very arrogant and unprofessional behaviour. Will take this matter through legal route. If you still are going to buy BMW - go to Hedin. At least they try to help you.

I phoned to enquire about a bmw I see at there dealership and spoke to a lady named Abigail she told me everything I needed to know and with in mins sent me a personal video of the car, that is what I call professional service. I went to see the straight away they said take it out for a test drive, while a get a PX price for my car come back agreed the deal, with in the week I picked the car up, Abigail was really professional from start to finish, This was a pleasure to deal with and they made it so easy and felt confident. Thanks again Abigail I will be back to get my next car even though I had to drive over 100 miles but it’s worth it.

Recently visited the dealership to have a look at their cars. Dealt with Brendon throughout and he couldn't have been more helpful. I test drove a few different models and there was no issue with how many I tried or how many times I booked in. Brendon then sent me loads of options and information, adjusting it to my requirements and changing it every time I had a different request. I collected my new IX last week. The handover was superb and Brendon talked me through everything the car can do. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I am very happy that I will be continuing to deal with BMW Norwich. Thanks!

Tom and Joel at BMW Norwich were absolutely fantastic. Both of them were very polite and professional and offered help to my elderly grandma, who is bad on her feet. We came to an agreement on a brand new car which is not what I ever imagined to be purchasing. I loved the fact that neither of them were pushy which is what you get in other car dealerships.
