Such a brilliant service! I had my BMW Z4 booked in for repairs today and the service was exceptional! I was quoted accurately in advance, the repair was carried out promptly and I was kept informed throughout the process. What's more they did a health check which identified one of my tyres was delaminating (in a spot that was hard to see), so I quickly got that sorted before any issues arose. The video health check of my car was a great touch and overall this is the best experience I have had with a car garage in many years! I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Both Tom & Jake are a credit to the Group. No fuss! No hard sale but very informative and factual about what they are selling and makes it all sound sense. They were professional from the moment Tom picked up the phone on initial enquiry and with Jake's updates all the way through to collection, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with both and we could not recommend Norwich Group 1 highly enough. I had a very disappointing experience with BMW Group 1 in Norwich. I received a recall for my BMW X6 due to airbag and technical issues. When I asked for a replacement car, I had to wait two weeks. And when they finally provided one, it was a forced mini Cooper two-door, which was completely unsuitable for my family. With a baby seat, it didn’t even fit safely. BMW should provide like-for-like replacements, not a small mini when I needed an SUV. Very poor service.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing my XM from BMW Norwich, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience — especially thanks to Brendon, who made the entire process genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Brendon was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, asking thoughtful questions and offering helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. It felt like he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me rather than simply making a sale. His knowledge of the BMW range was impressive. He explained everything clearly, from performance features to technology packages, ensuring I felt confident and informed in my decision. During the test drive, he made the experience relaxed and pressure-free, highlighting key features while allowing me to simply enjoy being behind the wheel. What truly stood out was Brendon’s attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, handled paperwork efficiently, and made sure every question I had — no matter how small — was answered promptly and thoroughly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Collection day was just as special. The handover was smooth, well-organised. Brendon took the time to walk me through all the vehicle’s features again, making sure I left feeling completely comfortable and excited about my new car. Overall, the experience at BMW Norwich was exceptional, and that is largely down to Brendon’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication. He turned what can sometimes be a stressful process into a genuinely enjoyable and memorable experience. I would highly recommend both Brendon and BMW Norwich to anyone considering a new vehicle — outstanding service all around

This dealership could not have done more to help when supplying the vehicle, its the aftersales that really show the reality. Disgusting customer care offered from BMW UK and also the dealer's aftersales service is literally non existent. This dealer supplied us a brand new vehicle, 9 months later the vehicle was 150 miles away and broke down (rear suspension fault) whole rear of the vehicle fell to the floor at 70mph loosing stability at the rear, she then nursed it back to her hotel car park luckily was only round the corner, this is where the fun starts. at first they sent out a "tech" he cleared the codes and told her it was all fixed, she asked him if it was safe to drive home - his response that's up to you? what sort of response is that to a female with a child 150 miles from home? needless to say I called BMW and told them she will not be driving a vehicle in this state all the way home. its not been properly inspected. needless to say the next time she turned the car on it was like a Christmas tree again I then called BMW and demanded they resolve this properly and the car needs recovering and a replacement car will be needed for my wife, she was with our child with a car full of luggage etc... BMW assist clearly care only about recovering the car to a LOCAL dealer and nothing else, they could not care less what happens to the occupants at all nor how vulnerable the occupants are, BMW assist wanted to uplift the car and leave my wife and child with all the contents of the car in the carpark with absolutely no idea how long she would be there with no replacement car - claiming that ONLY once they have her car gone on a lorry they would then LOOK into finding a replacement vehicle for her, we asked a very reasonable question - if they could please just make a quick call and find out a rough idea of when would they be able to source us a replacement car from who ever supplies their cars in that area so my wife could make arrangements on where to store all the cars contents if it was going to be the next day etc, well this request was far to much for BMW assist, they point blank refused and accused me of being totally unreasonable and that I am refusing service etc - TOTALLY out of order, absolutely no customer care or care for the well being of my family whatsoever. The next day I rang the supplying dealers aftersales - totally useless! Promised call backs telling me he would resolve this apologising etc, not one call back, made me feel like I was a pain in his backside - all me chasing him all day getting nowhere - amazing customer service it seems and another day wasted - 2 weeks later still waiting for that call back! Made a complaint to BMW UK direct who also could not care less, simply backing their sister company saying my request was totally unreasonable and I should have just let them take the car away leaving my wife and child stranded with a car load of luggage, car seat etc having absolutely no idea when a car would be found for her. In the end 2 days later I was totally spent my stress level was another level so I had no choice and at MY cost I had the vehicle recovered home, I was then advised to contact my local dealer who would look to book the car in to fix it - called them to be told they can't get it in for over a month - what a joke again ended up having to fix the 25 plate car at my cost as at this point as I have totally had enough of the whole thing - The stress caused over this was way beyond belief - I never want to see or speak to another BMW dealer ever again. Since this I have had to take out a AA policy for her in case this car goes wrong again so I can have the peace of mind that she will be looked after and taken home. - FURTHER COST TO ME. I will never EVER buy another BMW vehicle again, A simple call to whoever provides the replacement car to find out if something was available and roughly when that would have been provided would have allowed my wife to make arrangements and avoided all of this stress and headache - It really was that simple!
