I wouldn't bother. Terrible experience yesterday. Booked in for 4 wheel alignment, specifically stated by the price of £149 on the booking form. Fail sheet provided to me at the end of the day, and told they hadn't had time to actually do the job!!! Wanted me to book it back in for another time - only problem is I needed it done by Monday lunchtime before I take the vehicle away!! The service advisor was friendly but clearly wasn't bothered, and told me they were too busy to fit it in. They didn't even carry out the vehicle safety inspection or the complimentary wash and hoover that was on the job sheet. Bury St Edmunds Stratstone is further away from me but I'd recommend them instead. Much better service and they care about their customers.

I walked in after seeing a car advertised online and was asked to wait. We waited around 15 minutes, but no one came out to speak to us, despite being able to see people in the back office The service was disappointing from the start. I made myself a coffee while waiting, and unfortunately the general cleanliness of the place wasn’t great either. The skirting boards clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and there were opened wrappers and rubbish left around. The area behind the coffee machine was particularly untidy A much quicker response to customers and a good clean of the premises would make a big difference. First impressions matter, especially when you’re potentially looking to spend a significant amount of money on a car

I collected my new BMW on Friday and am extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the exemplary service provided by BMW Norwich. The entire process was handled with professionalism and care from beginning to end. Throughout the purchase, I was supported by Jake and Noel, whose knowledge, courtesy, and absence of sales pressure made the experience particularly positive. Having previously driven a manual car, I had reservations about moving to an automatic after test‑driving another brand. Jake addressed all my concerns clearly, and the BMW test drive fully reassured me. He also provided a thorough explanation of the vehicle’s features and optional extras, including the technology pack, taking the time to understand my needs and ensuring I selected only what was appropriate. On collection day, Jake guided me through the car’s setup and settings in detail, making the transition to my new vehicle straightforward and stress‑free. As someone who is not especially confident with technology, I greatly appreciated his patience and clarity. Jake’s professionalism and attentiveness were outstanding. I would not hesitate to purchase from BMW Norwich again.

Really impressed by our experience buying a new vehicle here once again. Particular thanks are due to Finlay Hughes who ensured we were well informed and that our choice of car met our needs. Nothing seemed too much trouble as he answered our many queries & we never felt under pressure to decide. Charming, interesting & very personable Finlay made buying our next car a very enjoyable experience. He's a credit to the BMW team. Thanks too to Tom, his manager, who negotiated our part exchange very fairly and in conducting the necessary financial administration with good humour made this less tedious than can be the case. We would also like to thank the team in the servicing department who have always explained exactly what is required & turned our cars round efficiently and in good order after any works being done...well done Matt & the team. Thanks too to the polite & helpful receptionists. The free coffee & drinks machine is pretty good too. Overall we're delighted with the service we've always received here &, so pleased to have made another great upgrade, we're very much looking forward to collecting our new car from the great team at Group1 BMW soon. Highly recommended.

I bought an ix 6 months ago with the help of Scott Joy. I wanted to hold off writing a review until now to get a really good amount of time with the car and I’m happy to say absolutely no major issues. Scott was friendly and helpful throughout the process and respected my wishes to decline all of the optional extras; a lot of salespeople I have dealt with in the past have been very pushy and Scott handled it just right. I had two minor issues with the vehicle: a piece of the parcel shelf was missing - I emailed and Scott responded within 24 hours, when the part couldn’t be found he arranged for a replacement to shipped out to me and handled the whole situation really well. The second issue was the seatbelt stopped latching, but again I was steered to BMWs roadside assist programme and they were able to come out and fix the fault completely free under warranty. When things go wrong is where you really see the difference between a 3 star and 5 star experience and I’m delighted with the service I received from Scott at the dealership and also from BMWs assistance programme and warranty service. I will definitely be looking at group one when I come to choose my next BMW.

Excellent experience buying my BMW from Group 1 BMW Norwich, and a special mention to James Albon, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. The car was exactly as described, and James was incredibly helpful, informative and professional from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, responded promptly to messages and kept me updated throughout. James also went above and beyond by picking me up from the train station, which made the whole experience so much easier. He also checked in afterwards to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the car. Nothing was too much trouble, and I genuinely felt looked after throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service from James and a real credit to Group 1 BMW Norwich. I would definitely recommend James to anyone looking to buy a car from this dealership.
