Popped in whilst I was next door in MINI picking up a new car to buy some parts for my 435d. Reception were polite and I was served by Alan on the parts counter who was polite and efficient. Despite me not calling ahead they had everything in stock that I needed for my car which is a rare thing I have found due to BMW having such a broad model line up but it come across like they were prepared for anything coming through their doors. Perfect.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Jake H highly enough. Having had previous experiences with different salesmen at BMW, Jake really stood out from the moment I first dealt with him. As a person as well as a salesman, he was incredibly kind, empathetic, caring and understanding. I never once felt pressured into anything. I had a number of questions throughout the process, including some issues with the finance company, and Jake was always patient and genuinely wanted to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The whole experience felt much less like dealing with a car salesman and more like having a chat with a friend who actually wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and the experience. I felt genuinely welcomed whenever I was at the showroom, which isn't something I've always experienced in the past. Jake also went above and beyond when he noticed a stone chip on the car that I hadn't even spotted. He wasn't happy with the condition of it, immediately got his manager involved and had the car taken back into the body shop. It was repaired within around an hour and a half while I was still waiting, which really demonstrated how much he cared about getting things right. Tom, the manager, was also very helpful and supportive when some of the issues arose, and I appreciated him getting involved and helping to get things resolved. Overall, Jake was excellent from start to finish. He's a credit to BMW Norwich and, more importantly, a genuinely decent person who clearly cares about his customers. I would have absolutely no hesitation in dealing with Jake again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a BMW. The only real disappointment was the standard of the valeting, which unfortunately let the overall experience down. Jake and Tom both acknowledged this and tried to get it addressed, but unfortunately the car still wasn't prepared to the standard I'd expect when collecting a new-to-me BMW. That's a shame because everything else about my experience, particularly the service from Jake, was excellent. 5 stars for Jake and Tom, 4 stars overall as the valeting team really let the team down.

Having recently bought a new BMW, the experience of dealing with the sales team has been extremely positive. From dealing with Jake initially and Brendon completing the purchase I was highly satisfied with the professional and courteous service.

I went in recently with a broad idea of what car i wanted but not a clue on what specification I wanted to look into. Jamie was quick to help me on the day. He was not only friendly but also willing to show me and talk me through whatever car I did choose to look at. Although I didn’t walk out with a car that day, I walked out knowing exactly what car I did want and exactly how I wanted it and without Jamie’s help on that day I wouldn’t of bought my dream car.
