I recently visited to discuss buying a car and had the pleasure of dealing with Leslie. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. His knowledge was clear straight away, and he took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how much he went out of his way to help — nothing was too much trouble. His communication throughout was excellent, keeping everything clear and straightforward. I’d happily recommend Leslie to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free experience. A real credit to the team.

We have a Mini, which we booked in for a service. There were no details of times to bring the car in, on the booking email. There was no immediately apparent place to park it for servicing upon arrival. The initial reception, which had been servicing, had a piece of paper basically saying go next door. We found the service section in the next building but had to hang about waiting to be noticed in front of the staff only section, where numerous people were working, and walked past us, but nobody actually helped for several minutes. Later, we were called to say the service had been done. We arrived and again waited for several minutes with the same issue, and eventually had to interrupt a man at his own desk to try to find someone. Eventually a quietly spoken man came and gave us the paperwork, without any further explanation than the service had been carried out. He omitted to tell us there was a video to watch and that it would come via text message. There are several things to put right. We opted to get them done ourselves and selected the no automatic spending of our finances without seeing what these items would cost first. When we got the keys and were not told where to find the car. We had to walk around the car park pressing the keys to get the car lights to respond in the dark. I noticed the service light was still lit when I turned the engine on. I returned to the reception and again waited. This time we had to go to another reception and ask a lady for help. She went and got a man who was from the servicing workshop floor, who explained the service light would remain on until the brake pad and sensor had been replaced. Surely if this is as important as it obviously is, does it come under the service light rather than a separate brake light alert? And why do I need to buy a new sensor as well as a new brake disk before I can go into the service department to get the bloody alert turned off again? The whole experience has been infuriating.

After taking a deposit, this dealership completely stopped communicating. No calls were returned and emails were ignored. The excuse given was that the sales advisor was on leave, which is unacceptable for a professional, corporate organisation. Despite withdrawing from the purchase due to this lack of professionalism, my deposit has still not been refunded after 15 days. Very poor customer experience. I would definitely not recommend this dealership.

Had an incredible experience at this car dealership buying my first car. Hamza was an amazing salesman, supporting me with every question I had. I would highly recommend this dealership for its reliability, and especially Hamza for his excellent customer service.

Enquired about a G80 M3 (December 2025), the gent i was dealing with happened to be on holiday, so his colleague took over. Sent me detail of the car, but completely wrong and never got back to my further questions (3/4 emails). Pretty poor service and quite frankly RUBBISH attitude. They lost out on great business as I've just purchased another G80 M3 from another dealer.

Extremely disappointing experience with this showroom. I had a pre-booked MOT appointment, which your team actively followed up on and confirmed in advance. Despite this, the MOT was not carried out at all, even though my vehicle was with you for over 5 hours from 10am to 3pm. During this time, the receptionist did not answer repeated calls, which was frustrating and unprofessional. When I finally managed to speak to the service manager, I was given vague and lame explanations as to why the MOT was not done. There was no clear reason, no accountability, and no genuine apology. If a confirmed service cannot be delivered even after holding the car for half a day, it raises serious concerns about planning, communication, and customer care. I wasted my time and had to rearrange my schedule for nothing. I would not recommend this showroom based on this experience.
