From the moment I dealt with the aftersales team, everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was how far the aftersales team went to help me. They went above and beyond what I expected, kept me informed throughout and made what could have been a stressful situation straightforward and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a team who clearly care about their customers and are willing to put in the extra effort to make sure everything is right. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me. A huge thank you to the whole aftersales team at Citroën Peterborough, with a special shoutout to James. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the dealership. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely looks after its customers.

Avoid at all costs!!!! Bought a car from here last year and the car has now got a significant oil pressure fault after covering only 7k miles. They don’t want to know. Shocking customer service. Promised to get back to me last week and I had to chase up multiple times. Potentially £8k worth of repair required for the car. You learn a lot about a company when something goes wrong and we have learned the hard way! Fobbing us off to Citroen customer service who also don’t want to know. Not worth the stress. Do NOT buy a Citroen. Avoid avoid avoid

I purchased a 2023 Citroen C4 around a month ago. Throughout the process I was helped by Joseph who was incredible helpful, and communicated in ways which suited me. He answered questions quickly and thoroughly. He also helped me with a few follow up questions I had after the sale, again responding quickly. As I was travelling a fair distance to view the car, they were happy to have it ready to drive away the same day whilst also dealing with my trade in at the same time. I was given the exact figure I was quoted for my trade in with no hassle or attempt to lower the price. Having now done around 2000 miles in the new vehicle, it is running perfectly and is exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with my purcahse and service received.
