Grace my service advisor was excellent. Professional and knowledgeable, she kept me informed and advised in friendly manner.
Thanks to the guys in the workshop and especially the person who did a fabulous wash and vacuum!
The only issue being, my car history is known as I have had it serviced by yourselves on a regular basis.
When booking my service I was told it needed a 97k service costing over £1k and it was only my insistence as my car has only done 23k miles, was then booked in for a lesser service costing £600+.
The advisor, when I bought my car in said I only needed a service every two years due to my low yearly mileage but as I was there I had the oil change service.
There needs to be consistency within the information being provided to prevent people paying for services that are not needed.
Overall very happy with service advisor and the actual service just a lack of communication between departments.
The work was carried out as agreed.
