Visit in order to address brake wear warning message on dash. Based on previous service visits, dealership were able to advise likely issue and cost in advance and subsequent replacement of front pads and discs was cheaper than advised. Car was fit in within 3 days and returned cleaned and spotless.

We were told our car was ok to drive whilst we were waiting for our appointment to have some work completed, however this turned out not to be the case and warning lights appeared on the dash and we limped home. We tried several times to call the Norwich garage and messages were left asking for a call back (this was on 11 March) and to date we have still not received a call back (30 March). Due to the complete lack of customer care we took our car to another garage who have completed the work.

Actually my experience was pretty depressing and poor. The car was booked in a month beforehand by phone. I was told to make my own arrangements to get to the dealership as taxis were no longer an option and a courtesy car would came at a cost if I could get one! I was also told that if I took an early morning slot I could get my car back by midday. I took this option and my husband and I organised our day around it (we were driving to London for business that day). We were waiting outside the dealership at 7:55am and were the second customer to check in. On arrival we were told that the car would need to be kept all day. When I repeated what I had been told, I was then told that there is no communication between the RR booking system and the dealerships so what we are told on the phone is different to what we will receive. At 3:15pm I was called to say that my car hadn’t yet been looked at and could it be kept overnight. An impossibility when we were packed, ready and waiting to travel. I said I was coming to get the car and was told I would be called by someone in after sales. I was then told that they would actually attend to the car (stress and upset for no reason) and that it would be ready an hour and a half later. We collected our car. Paid a ridiculous sum for the hour and a half work and left. Rather ironically we are just starting to look for a new car and I think you can probably guess that we will not be buying our 7th Range Rover. There is no customer service, just a shiny showroom with the promise of something we never seem to get. The lady who checked us in was kind and efficient. I told her what had been promised so she knew we were travelling to London that day and yet she obviously didn't pass on that message to the service staff as we were asked if the car could be kept overnight. It seems like communication is lacking in all departments of the company. So that’s my recent experience. Poor service, high cost and little else. At least this time we weren’t begged for the ten out of ten review. I’m not going to share this feedback publicly as it’s not my way and I’m sure little will come of it anyway. It’s time for us to make a change, stop being slow learners and move on.

Took ages nearly an hour to check the car in and then I had ring late afternoon to see if it was done. Was told car had had road test then it hadn't..it hadn't cos the mileage was the same..
Frankly I don't trust JLR to tell me the truth

Had my vehicle in for it's first MOT & to look at a leak in the washer fluid system.
All went smoothly with no issues & the vehicle passed it's MOT & the leak has been resolved.
I bought a rear load liner which was unpackaged & fitted in the car boot on collection.
Very happy with my experience last week.
