I’ve been hopping for a couple of weeks between lots of dealerships in the area looking for my next car. I have found myself at home at Group 1. Luke has shown me all the cars that I was interested in. In his absence Joseph has been nothing but kind and honest in answering all the questions I had without sugarcoating the limitations of one of the models I was loooking into (in relation to my specific needs). I did a test drive of the B10 with Joseph and it was a fun experience, the car living to my expectations. He then helped me navigating the different options of leases showing me all the perks and extras that the company is providing on some of the lease options (PCP in particular). I can recommend a visit to anyone looking for modern, comfy cars.

Harry was friendly, approachable, easy to talk to, plus made me feel comfortable straight away. He took the time to take me out on a proper test drive, answered all my questions honestly, never made me feel pressured, plus kept in touch throughout the whole process. What stood out most was how well he connected with people. He comes across as sincere, professional, hardworking, plus genuinely wanting to do the right thing for his customers. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, although Harry made the whole experience relaxed plus enjoyable. A genuinely lovely guy with a great attitude. He’s a real credit to the team, plus I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
