Survey - Mercedes-Benz of Cheshire Oaks
Despite some hiccups with the aftersales team post purchasing my new car, i'll leave this review solely for the sales team.
Dealing with Aaran, i couldnt really have asked for a better sales exec. Brilliant all the way through the process, any issues were explained and dealt with all the way up to the handover and after. I couldnt recommend Aaran enough - a true credit to the business at Mercedes of Cheshire Oaks.

Such a fantastic service given to us from Jack at Mercedes-Benz of Cheshire Oaks . Nothing was too much trouble , he was helpful , informative , very patient and reassuring . He understood what we liked and more importantly listened to what we didn’t like and what wouldn’t work for us as a family. The recommendations he gave of car models to suit our needs was perfect ! We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone to visit if they where thinking of buying a car.

Aftercare service is very poor. Purchased my car in April. Went there last week as a very loud vibrating noise coming from the fan. Mentioned it to the lady at the counter that it could possibly be leaves. This is what she said..... "Thats not covered under the warranty and will cost £210" Then proceeded to chat to her colleague without offering any further assistance and No offer for someone to look at it . Love my car but don't love the aftercare you receive!!

Outstanding service from Mercedes-Benz Chester I recently contacted the service department regarding the service history for my Smart Forfour EV and was blown away by how helpful and efficient the team was. A special thank you to Tracy Nicholls and Scott who responded straight away with exactly what I needed — friendly, professional, and a real credit to the dealership. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days. Highly recommended and will definitely return for future service or vehicle needs!

Is disappointed. Get message around 11 car is ready . Unfortunately can't pick car till 12:50 . I was came and get informed that my car get cleaned now . After hour still waiting is 14:00 and arledy lost one appointment because this delay. Very poor time service

Booked a test drive for an approved use car. Thanks Dave (David Sherwood) for arranging the viewingand test drive. Nice, kind, friendly, patient, not pushy and no pressure at all. Though the car was a bit not up to my satisfaction this time, I appreciate Dave so much for his kind arrangements. Will keep on looking for equivalent cars.

Amazing experience throughout - Caroline from service & Emily from Sales were both absolutely incredible. I cant recommend them enough, I’ve been to lookers & listers for previous cars - but the service offered here is significantly better, I wouldn’t go anywhere else - they have been fantastic, a real credit to the team - I will definitely be purchasing all future cars from them.

Went to pick up car and was told they had not received payment had to go back home and print bank statement . Terrible accounts department. Small point but kept getting my name wrong DEREK NOT DERICKTook many days to get copy of extended warranty
