I wasn't happy when I heard about a possible long delay getting a part from Germany although it was resolved earlier in the end.
I hated all the digitisation of the paper work compared with previous much easier processes in the past..Glad I am probably too old to be likely buying another car.
Probably stick with Mercedes if I did though.
