I have given five stars to Sam but we did come into the dealership on Saturday 2nd May and felt that the sales person and subsequently one of the managers were not really taking on board our requirements and were more interested in selling me a car that was on show.Fortunately Sam rang me on the morning of Tuesday 5th May to make sure we had been looked after, had I not received a call that morning I would have approached another dealership
I had previously tried Mercedes-Benz of Stoke-on-Trent, but the service there was disappointing and the way my enquiry was handled left me unimpressed. Bobby completely changed my perception from the very first phone call. His patience, professionalism, and consistent follow-through were exceptional.
By the end of the process, I was convinced the “B” in Benz stands for Bobby. Top man!
