Not the experience I expected from Mercedes. I bought my car from a different Mercedes branch (Bedford) where the experience was absolutely fantastic. When I took my car to this branch in Cheshire Oaks, unfortunately it was a different story. Credit where it’s due - Rebecca was absolutely lovely when booking my car in. A pleasure to deal with. From there it went down hill. Miscommunications between the colleagues - throughout the day while my car was in, I was called by 3 different members of the team who were clearly not on the same page. Phone calls throughout the day, which turned what could have been a short transaction into what felt like a long saga. I was told to expect a call back, 3 hours later there was still no word. Overall it just felt really disjointed. I felt as though Scott was very condescending. I was so put off that I instead went around the corner to purchase from a different brand.

Despite some hiccups with the aftersales team post purchasing my new car, i'll leave this review solely for the sales team.
Dealing with Aaran, i couldnt really have asked for a better sales exec. Brilliant all the way through the process, any issues were explained and dealt with all the way up to the handover and after. I couldnt recommend Aaran enough - a true credit to the business at Mercedes of Cheshire Oaks.

Such a fantastic service given to us from Jack at Mercedes-Benz of Cheshire Oaks . Nothing was too much trouble , he was helpful , informative , very patient and reassuring . He understood what we liked and more importantly listened to what we didn’t like and what wouldn’t work for us as a family. The recommendations he gave of car models to suit our needs was perfect ! We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone to visit if they where thinking of buying a car.

Aftercare service is very poor. Purchased my car in April. Went there last week as a very loud vibrating noise coming from the fan. Mentioned it to the lady at the counter that it could possibly be leaves. This is what she said..... "Thats not covered under the warranty and will cost £210" Then proceeded to chat to her colleague without offering any further assistance and No offer for someone to look at it . Love my car but don't love the aftercare you receive!!
