We would like to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to the whole team at Mercedes-Benz Cheshire Oaks, for making our experience of buying an A 200 Mercedes, so enjoyable. The experience really started when we were looking around the cars in the showroom and met Morgan Lowe. Morgan had an outstanding in-depth knowledge of the Mercedes range. He listened to everything we said and showed us which models would suit our needs the best. Morgan was very friendly and very, very, very patient with us. He made the whole process of choosing a car that was right for us, so easy. Morgan’s enthusiasm for the Mercedes range was infectious. He arranged test drives in suitable models and he sent videos of all the important (to us) features of the car, and gave us plenty of time and space to make, what to us was a HUGE decision and took several weeks. When we made the final decision to “go ahead” with our purchase, Morgan, very efficiently, with the help of Aaron Ford set up all the necessary paper work involved in buying the car. The day came to pick up the car, Morgan and Aaron arranged for Adam to come to our house and take us to the showroom. Adam was very friendly and chatty and obviously enjoyed his job. Lawren Roane joined us to explain and set up our service plan. Lawren was very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was a tremendous team effort. With the paper work complete we had the keys to our new car and Morgan had arranged a fabulous “treat”. It was “pure theatre”. The car was in a separate room, on its own, covered with a black sheet with the Mercedes logo. It was exciting and very impressive that Morgan had arranged a grand “unveiling” of our new car. We have sent the video of the unveiling to all our friends and family. Morgan then spent the next two hours showing us all the impressive gismos on the car and setting up all the fabulous features (Of which there were many) Aaron joined us for the final handover to ensure we were completely happy. We really have to thank Morgan, Aaron and the team for such a fabulous experience of buying a car.
