1st and last time going to Mercedes Coventry went for Adblue issues was told it was nox sensoen1 they changed it costing me £800 and wen got the car back traction control and collision prevention assist plus inoperative same day I picked the car up also took them all day to do nox sensor Dan service manger just likes to rob your money customer service is terrible. Think they messed up my ecu no care for my safety

I bought a Mercedes V-Class in May. In September, the handbrake broke and I took the car to the Mercedes dealer in my area, knowing that I had Mercedes Approved Used warranty. A few hours after I dropped off the car, I received a call from the dealer telling me that my car had no warranty at all. For more than a week, both I and the dealer tried to contact Mercedes-Benz of Coventry (A1 Group) to find out what the issue was. During this time, I did not receive a courtesy car because it was not clear whether my car was under warranty! Eventually, I received a response saying that my car did not have any warranty and that they would register the car in the system from the date of purchase, giving me one year of Mercedes warranty and two years of RAC warranty. When I bought the car, I was told that I would have 3 years of Mercedes warranty and that everything would be entered into the system. On top of that, the engine mounts were also faulty, meaning they sold me a defective car from the start. The staff there pass you from one person to another and tell you that you will be called back, which never happens! I do not recommend!

Disappointed day of collection but overall service was ok. The car itself was fantastic and matched every expectation I had. Gaurav the sales agent was fantastic in terms of communication and handover. To be told at the dealership on collection of the car that there had been a miscalculation and subsequently an additional service had been omitted was poor, not to mention that no manager came in person to explain how this error had occurred. It was a case of pay for it, lose it or recalculate the finance deal which was extremely frustrating and disheartening. I ended up paying for an additional cost that was communicated to me as being inclusive. Previous Mercedes purchase was through LSH auto and in hindsight I regret not using them again and opting for a local dealership as suggested through the MB website. Next purchase will not be with Group 1.

Salesmen very friendly and obliging but vehicle I bought had four faults not picked up by workshop-tyre pressures all wrong, oil leak at sump, 12volt socket not working and headlamp water leak. Headlamp leak to be fair would be hard to spot at point of sale. All issues rectified eventually but just feel it was a bad experience
