What a wonderfully positive experience. The team at MB Coventry was outstanding. From the girls on reception, as I entered, to Joanne who booked me in, to Shauna who updated me on my cars workshop review. Taking the time to explain everything in detail with a video that Jack the technician created. Filling me with confidence in the teams skills and abilities and MB Standard. I felt in excellent hands, car and driver handled great. Thank you I’ll be back X

Just so rude :'( When I went to Mercedes on Friday with wipers not working - they did a full diagnostics which took two hours, I just wanted my wipers fixed. They said this would take a further two hours to diagnose ... £260 and then repair parts and labour on top. I said I would have to think about it. The following day, after the wipers had been working again, the AA said that it was the stalk. I could buy the part and repair it myself. I phoned mercedes back and asked how this was the case. I feel I was really polite and just asking the question and explaining why. The response of the lady was unnecessarily gruff and rude. Whilst I appreciated the complimentary valet service whilst waiting - I really did just got to the garage to get my wipers fixed.

Lack of communication. 5 days to diagnose issue that easily could of been resolved quicker. Told car was in workshop numerous times then wasnt. Mercedes Shirley fixed the same issue in 24 hours. Poor service really.

Bought & paid for a new Key & blade that couldn’t be coded to the car then was asked to pay for it to be looked into on why Mercedes couldn’t code it. Also asked if we have had anything done to the car that might be preventing it from be ing coded.

I had a very good, informative discussion with Garcha from the sales team, who helped me choose and order my new car. He took me through my favoured options to enable me to select my car and then gave me an excellent demonstration of the car. The only slight annoyance was that I was initially informed that, through the Special Sales event, I would be offered a £500 additional discount. In the event this was reduced to £250, because he had misread the offer conditions.
