Bought an EQA 250+ from Ifty (Mohammed Ifthekiar) on 30th Dec. He took a lot of trouble to answer all questions, and make the handover as smooth as possible despite all the paperwork much of which was sorted in advance. Very professional and friendly guy, great car so far!

I went to the Coventry branch today and met Gaurav. He was really good in helping me with the A classes I was looking for. It was in particular the premium plus spec and he managed to show me a few options. I didn’t buy anything today but he did show me all the options available and was extremely helpful. It was really professional of him to do what he had done and I would 100% recommend him to every single person that walks through their doors! Excellent sales person!

We brought a GLC 43 off of Gaurav only on Thursday. Now it is Monday the car has come to the dealership, all the process is complete and now I am driving off in it today! This was world class service and I recommend Gaurav completely. He is professional and provides world class service. We have just recently purchased an ex demonstrator Mercdes A35 AMG Premium Plus from Gaurav and the Coventry MB team. And I must say, the overall process was all found to be very positive. Straight from the inital enquiry, to the subsequent purchase and collection day were simply flawless. With the car being competitively priced. But still having the assurance that you are buying from an AMG official dealership was very reassuring. In particular, a special thanks and shoutout has to go to our sales executive Gaurav. Where he is to be commended for his professionalism, excellent dedication and communication throughout the full process. Questions and queries were answered swiftly and accurately, and most importantly without any pressure selling techniques. Which in the end made everything run smoothly and without hassle. And having travelled all the way down from Scotland to collect, and never seeing the car previously. I was happy to find, the car to be as described and well presented during delivery. So, anyone who is currently in the market for a new or used Mercedes. I would suggest giving Gaurav a call to see if he can help. As i am sure you would likely have a very similar experience. 5 star experience, First of all I want to thank Gaurav Takiar for his impeccable service. From my inquiry to the car pick-up, a smooth process, clearly explained, with answers to all my questions. Sharing video clips of the car, allowed me to make a genuine purchase. And when they say Mercedes-Benz approved, they actually mean it. The car was better than expected, I loved the drive back home, and I am happy to say: “I strongly recommend!”. For anyone interested in purchasing a used car, that looks and drive like new, pick up the phone and call with confidence. I did not feel pressured in any way to buy, on the contrary, Gaurav was patient and helped me decide on the car that fits my needs and personality. I also decided to go with some of the services that they offer, good value for money and peace of mind for myself, rim protection and warranty. Hopefully I will not need them, but knowing that I will not have to pay a fortune in case something happens, is worth every penny. 10/10 service!
