⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience from start to finish! I recently purchased my dream car – a Mercedes-Benz CLA 200 Coupé Premium – from Mercedes-Benz of Coventry and I honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. A huge thank you to Natalia, who delivered impeccable customer service throughout. She made the whole process feel effortless, smooth and completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered with professionalism and genuine care. I’ve now been driving my car for almost a week and it has been exceptional in every way. The quality, specification and overall driving experience have exceeded my expectations. The dealership also offers affordable deals without compromising on quality – every car feels top specification and premium. What really stood out was the aftercare service – second to none. You don’t just feel looked after until collection day; the support continues afterwards which makes such a difference. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and always smiling, creating such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in the dealership. A special mention to the manager as well, whose attention to customers was impressive. Even though the sales executive caters to your every need, he still took time to personally introduce himself, check in throughout the process and even came to say goodbye at handover – a lovely touch that made us feel genuinely valued. This experience has completely set the standard for me. I genuinely wouldn’t buy a Mercedes from anywhere else, and I honestly can’t imagine driving another make of car again. Thank you to everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Coventry for making this such a memorable experience!

Very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz Coventry. We paid a deposit on 3rd June in good faith and expected the car to be reserved and the process handled professionally. Unfortunately, the communication since then has been extremely poor. We were initially informed that Tina had a credit file block in place with Experian. This was a security measure that she had personally arranged and was able to lift immediately when requested. However, after resolving the issue, we heard nothing further unless we chased for updates ourselves. A few days later, after making contact again, we were then told that Tina could not be found on the system, despite having previously been contacted regarding her credit file. This only added to the confusion and frustration. After more chasing, the deal we had discussed and agreed in principle had changed, and we found ourselves dealing with different managers and receiving conflicting information. To make matters worse, despite paying a deposit on the vehicle, it remained advertised for sale on the Mercedes-Benz Coventry website throughout the entire process. We were led to believe the vehicle had been reserved for us, yet it continued to be marketed to other potential buyers, leaving us questioning what exactly our deposit had secured. We then spoke with Abraham and thought we had finally agreed a deal. I emailed at around 17:20 confirming the details discussed, but received no response whatsoever. No acknowledgement, no update, nothing from Abraham or Parvinder. Ironically, the only time communication seemed prompt was when the General Sales Manager called me twice and emailed me twice. However, despite all the inconvenience, delays, confusion and time we had spent chasing for updates, there was no willingness to offer even a small gesture of goodwill or adjustment to the price in recognition of the poor customer experience. As a former Sales Manager, I understand how important communication and customer care are, and I can honestly say this has been one of the poorest customer service experiences I have encountered. It felt as though the focus was entirely on protecting the deal and the profit rather than looking after the customer. We have had to chase repeatedly, received conflicting information, experienced constant delays and have now completely lost confidence in Mercedes-Benz Coventry. We are now looking elsewhere for a similar vehicle . Based on our experience, I would advise prospective customers to proceed with caution and ensure they receive clear written confirmation of everything agreed. Very disappointing from a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

As you would expect, the salesperson selling the car I bought was friendly and generally helpful. However, I had to chase correct invoices and service plan details as the ones I received were incorrect. I was particularly disappointed in be told on three occasions that the car had a dash cam. Only to be told once I had received the car that it was not available on this car, even though the camera was fitted. This is a serious misrepresentation. The boot cover was also missing from the car even though it was in the car when I inspected it at the garage.

booked in for air con re gas and petrol flap not closing well. air con sensor not working, petrol flap fixed and broken spring fixed. all jobs completed under warranty. staff were very helpful and went out of their way to et my vehicle fixed and back on the road for me
