Great and helpful staff, only downside is location is terrible especially come rush hour, the roundabout straight out from there will have you stuck for most of the journey!

I have had the NOx sensor replaced ( I think) 4 times during the life of teh car. I've done around 80k miles so this seems excessive.
Getting a bill of over £900 for a part which in my opinion should have lasted more than 3 years and 15k miles.
I was also charged for a specialist bolt removal service - bolts which MB in Coventry fitted when the last sensor was replaced!- perhaps over tightened?
Not a great experience. It would be good if MB made a contribution towards the excessive bill - the work, which incidentally can only be done by MB - so a monopoly.
When trying to get a time for my car being available to be delivered back, i learned that the service advisor had taken a half day. Poor communications.

My visit was excellent. I was able to check in with ease and the work was carried out on time as pre informed. I was kept upto date with progress and well informed of details on completion. I chose to wait for work to be carried out and took advantage of your desk area allowing me to work remotely with minimum disruption to my working day. The coffee & biscuits and clean restroom facilities were appreciated.
Post visit the next day, I contacted my service advisor and made aware, I had experienced some vibration and rumbling noise from the vehicle. Right away the service advisor responded, giving me re-assurance by proposing, I bring the car in at my convenience and the technician will carry out a test drive to check. This was not required as I did not notice the issue again but informed the service advisor I will be observing over the coming days and if it reoccurs then will be in contact. To date no reoccurrence.
I would like to thank Mercedes for taking care of me. Credit is due to Sophie Stephens the service advisor for going above and beyond. I will definitely use Mercedes again for any future needs. Thank you.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone using the Mercedes-Benz of Coventry branch. Ive had nothing but problems with them, since purchasing my car. I’m also 100% certain they overcharged me for the car. Also, every time I had a query and I’d speak to staff members about things I got different answers depending on who I spoke to. Also in their eyes the customer was never right. I'm taking them to court!! Didn't want to give a one star but wouldn't let me post...
