Mothi gave a good service in a relaxing environment. I was generally happy, but when I noticed all of the extra charges on the final invoice I was a little disappointed. £600 delivery fee, £540 tax , £40 fuel and others. These weren't clearly explained during the purchase and I got the feeling when tax was mentioned that it was included for the first year. Also with the fuel I thought it was nice if them to fill it up for me, but didn't realise I still had to pay. It also wasn't clear about the delivery fee. Good initial experience but tainted with the poorly explained extra costs.

Dropped my car off for a service and MOT. Swift and efficient booking in and a friendly welcome from Paul Moore from service department. I mistakenly hadn’t requested an MOT (it ran out today!) but Paul said it wouldn’t be a problem and he added it to the job card. Nice of Paul to send an email to keep me updated with progress and findings and also a call to let me know how MOT was going. He also showed me where my tow hook was - hidden in a cubby hole in boot. I’d never have found it! Beautifully clean inside and out. Excellent service from Liverpool. Thanks again Paul!

My visit was a waiting appointment for the 2nd annual service for my GLS and to have a number of issues with the car to be looked at under warranty. I was advised that on initial review the technician advised that the vehicle needed to remain at Mercedes as diagnosis and resolution was going to be a longer job than the wait time for the service to be completed and that one of the issues meant there was a risk of significant engine damage. I was advised relatively quickly and provided with a courtesy vehicle. Further issues were identified and resolved whilst the car remained at the dealership and they were resolved for free under the warranty. There was a delay in getting the car back due to a problem with equipment necessary for some final checks but I was advised early and retained the courtesy vehicle. I was happy with the timely communication I received and I was clear about the status of the job at all times. Thank you

Kailey at Mercedes-Benz of Liverpool was excellent throughout the whole process of ordering my new GLA 200 AMG Line Executive. I originally placed a backorder, so there were quite a few steps involved from allocation, paperwork and finance through to collection. Kailey was always helpful, patient and professional, and she kept me updated along the way. She answered all of my questions, helped me sort everything out, and made the whole experience much smoother. The car itself was presented beautifully on collection, and overall I’m very happy with both the service and the experience.
