If Mercedes Benz of Nottingham were a back street garage I would be disappointed with their service. The fact they are a main dealer is indefensible. So many promises to call me backand still no resolution 2 months later. You all need sacking.

Very dissapointed with MB Nottingham, have been a great customer here for 10+ years. Would like to think we had a great relationship up until recently my car went in was misdiagnosed. Made me spend £500 for an issue which was not present and fault was not sorted. Did not get any compensation back at all ontop i got told to repay another diagnositc charge of over £200 to then help fix my car. Will never ever go back to MB Nottingham ever again im done. Applaud yourself over £500 of misdiagnostic you lost a valuable customer who spent thousands with you over the years and who was a regular for service also.

Terrible first experience of Mercedes brand. I booked a test drive last Wednesday at 1:30 for a test drive of the Mercedes CLA electric. I arrived at 1:20 and made myself known to receptionist who was very polite, 20 minuets later Matthew finally came over and told me “ah yes about the test drive someone is still out in the vehicle and won’t be back for an hour”. Why was I only informed of this 10 minuets after my arranged test drive time? And not when I arrived? I then decided to wait as I had already missed half a day of work for this, I was then left to sit in the CLA electric showroom car without the keys for 30 minuets, so I was sat in a car with blank screens. After 30 minuets Matthew finally came back and gave us the keys. He then disappeared away again. I could not be made to feel more unwelcome. Finally at 2:30 i got to test drive the vehicle, on 24%. After waiting over an hour I received the vehicle on 24%. Is this usual for your dealership to have this little care? Why was the customer in the vehicle currently not contacted sooner and chased to come back on time? I would strongly recommend to anyone reading this review to think about going to a different Mercedes Benz dealership. One where you won’t be made to wait an hour for your booked test drive. Highly disappointed this dealership does not reflect well on the brand itself at all. I’m still interested in the CLA electric. But not with this dealership. Please do not waste your time. Avoid.

A huge thank you to Dom from Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham who was a true gentleman from start to finish throughout the purchase of my new C43 AMG. I found him very genuine, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He was always contactable via call and would give time to answer any of the questions that I had about the car. On the day of collection I had an issue with getting the car stuck in park at a roundabout (turned out to be driver error); despite this Dom drove out to meet me immediately with a Mercedes technician, even after his shift ended, just to check the car over. That level of customer service is above and beyond expectations and it is something Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham should be very proud of. As a result I will no doubt be back in the future to buy from Dom again. Thank you so much.
