As Mercedes Nottingham have approached me for feedback, I shall provide it. I think the worst part for me was being referred to as “bit of a…” “complaint” by Louise. I didn’t think those words featured in any aspect of customer service. She was referring to the full tank of petrol YOU offered me in response to previous feedback requested by YOU and not a complaint initiated by me, let’s get that straight. This wasn’t anything to do with my query about the MOT so I’m not sure why it was even raised. I found her attitude officious and condescending culminating in her showing that she didn’t it have the ability to de-escalate a situation made so by an inflammatory remark by her, and I would politely ask what she expected from a customer at the receiving end of her words detailed above. Maybe there’s a training need there. I have some concerns regarding the MOT which you are aware of and which have been shared with DVLA. You issued a pass certificate with no advisories sometime early afternoon. We know that the certificate had been issued before you called me. Louise called me at 3.42pm to advise that the pass certificate could be issued as long as I gave you authority to replace faulty wiper blades, but by the time she made this call, a pass certificate had been issued. I still have the voicemail she left. The visual health check was not sent to me until 4.35pm and this did indeed detail wiper blades as a concern in red. When all this was queried, you told me, during a call with the after sales manager at 5pm, that you had already replaced the blades free of charge. If this was the case, why did you need my permission at 3.42? This person also listened patiently to other issues that I’ve experienced with Inchcape and Mercedes. He offered to speak to someone to see if they could intervene and assist with an ongoing issue but, as of writing this, unsurprisingly I haven’t heard from him. He apportioned responsibility for the questionable timings regarding the MOT to lack of communication between staff at Inchcape. I will reserve judgment and will leave the chronology detailed above to speak the facts.

I came to Mercedes of Nottingham for a brake check I was met with a warm and professional welcome by Paven and Tom who both provided an excellent service to myself with expert information the works were completed before the advised time so my wait was short and very comfortable I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Nottingham for all of your service needs I will be returning. Thanks to all the staff

Booked in for airbag recall, took all day and only found out it had been done when I asked what was happening! No paperwork or email to confirm it had been done, I was promised an email, also asked for wheel alignment to be checked.....wasn't done, ticked box to say I would like it washed and hoovered as it was offered.....again, that's s wasn't done.
I love the car (my first Merc) had BMW's, Audi's and lots of other none German cars and always felt like a valued customer, this was lacking at Mercedes which was disappointing.
On a plus, the coffee was nice and the front of house people were very good

I came into Mercedes for a new car on my birthday and Jarrell was lovely. He made sure he understood my budget, requirements and more importantly my short timescales to get a car. All of which were delivered 6 working days later. Really pleased with the service provided.
