As the Loughborough Mercedes-Benz dealership has closed, I was left with choice of Leicester or Nottingham. The Nottingham Dealership is easily accessable, within easy reach. Parking and drop off was excellent- plenty of 'good' size spaces. Staff were curteous and very helpful. All in all a good experience.

My vehicle was at your garage over 3 weeks. Several times I was promised a call for an update but ended up ringing myself later on the day of the expected call. I was eventually offered a courtesy car after 2 weeks of my car being at your garage, at a time when I had lost my father after 6 six weeks in hospital. When I collected my car on Monday I was expecting it to be clean inside and out after being told more than once that it was nearly ready, just being cleaned. What a surprise I got when I got in it to find it not to have been cleaned at all. Worse still, the display screen was absolutely covered in finger prints from one side to the other and there was a spider web across the rear seat area. When driving home with my wife I nearly crashed the car as my is petrified of spiders and had a fit when the spider from the rear of the car made its way onto her shoulder. Louise was as helpful as she could have been but the experience as a whole was disappointing.

Really good experience. Since the dealership changed to Group1 the service has improved dramatically. The showroom is much nicer and the customer service is much better. Everytime I went in for a service into inchcape there was always someone trying to upsell, things were on the invoice that weren’t carried out properly. My experience at group1 is significantly better, no upselling, honesty and straight to the point.

Checking in (checked in online) I had to go through my details and sign 3 times. I was addressed as Mrs when I'm Miss. I have mentioned this previously and at the time.
It looked like the inside of the car had been wiped with a dirty cloth. Could have been better.
