Incredibly long waiting time with no communications as to when would be done, no calls no text no anything to say my car was done, car was not washed even though it was requested. All around poor service experience

I picked up my new car last weekend and can say that I would really recommend the team at Nottingham especially Issrar Hussain as they were really supportive and helpful throughout. I first went over to enquire about a new car and had to bring over my 4 year old son and they were really patient and lovely made sure we had everything we needed. Throughout the process it was really relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. It’s due to this kind of service that we continue to buy from Mercedes. If you’re thinking of buying a Mercedes I would really recommend the Notts branch, they will make sure you are looked after.

Be aware! I initially contacted Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham regarding a braking fault on our 2020 GLC. The vehicle is very low mileage, but appears to have a potentially serious issue with the braking system. My first query was whether there were any outstanding recalls, and I was advised there were none. However, I was told they were offering a promotion: a free first hour of diagnostics to help identify the issue, along with a complimentary vehicle health check. Based on this, we booked the car in and dropped it off as arranged. Shortly afterwards, we received a video health check highlighting several issues—mainly related to the suspension—with quoted repair costs approaching £1,000. I then received a call asking for approval to proceed with those repairs, which I declined. I instead asked for an update on the original braking fault the car had been booked in for. At this point, I was told they needed more time to investigate, as the booking had only covered a health check and a “quick inspection,” and that further diagnostics would incur additional cost. This was surprising, given the earlier agreement of a free diagnostic hour. It felt as though that time had been used to identify additional chargeable work rather than address the primary concern. As we still needed an answer, I agreed to proceed with further investigation at cost. After waiting a few hours, I called for an update, only to be told that another vehicle had taken priority and they would not have time to look at ours. I was then asked if they could keep the car overnight or rebook. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. The process felt more focused on upselling additional work than resolving the issue the vehicle was originally booked in for. Jared Powis

Friendly attentive staff that made you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you stepped into the showroom. Car in for a service and mot which took longer than anticipated with some minor works carried out. All good until picking my car up to find it hadn’t been cleaned or washed as had been requested in the online check-in and stated by the MB representative. Hence the 4/5 stars!

I was asked online when booking in a warranty repair if I wanted my car washed/valeted to which I said yes. Despite you having the car two days, a car wash wasn’t done. Apparently it was “on the list” to be washed, but didn’t happen. If you had no intention of washing the car, please don’t offer the service to me in the first place as it’s poor customer service and has left me feeling undervalued.
