I then had to return 2 days later when I was told the insurance still hadn’t replied and the only way to get a new tyre was to pay for it. It’s now been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything or had a refund.
You’ve wasted my time on multiple occasions and sold me an insurance product that isn’t fit for purpose. I would never have group1 do anything to my car again other than routine servicing where I have no choice. I like Mercedes and will purchase another but after my experience I would not use group1 and advise others to do the same.
