Visited Mercedes-Benz Nottingham on Monday 06/07/26. I required fuel line clips as I was changing the fuel filter on my B Class 2.0 Litre Diesel. These had not been supplied with the filter which I had bought from Europarts. But to be fair Europarts told me the clips were specific to Mercedes. On my arrival the ladies dealing with front of house enquiries were very efficient and I was directed to a seating area with drinks provided. I was then seen by Ty of the Parts Department who dealt with my enquiry. Both parts cost £4.68 a relatively inexpensive purchase. Ty explained that whilst some garages may replace these once only use clips with Jubilee Clips that could crush the fuel pipes Mercedes Clips are designed for this single purpose Ty was extremely positive about Mercedes and the services the company could offer. He is definitely an attribute to Mercedes-Benz Nottingham. The dealerships was immaculate all good signs of a quality business.

All good no issues

We had our first experience at Mercedes Benz Nottingham. To start with I had initially booked in at Derby, however, the Derby showroom, for some reason couldn’t give a combined price for the MOT and service. I’ve never known any garage not give a combined quote with a little bit of a reduction to have them done together. I asked Nottingham and they could do this for me, so that was a great start. The communication from Chloe initially was fantastic. Thank you Chloe. The communication and reminders were fantastic prior to the day. We had an email to either drop off the key or see a service advisor. I also much prefer seeing an advisor. We then arrived to drop the car off and were assigned a service advisor, in this case it was Pav. Pav was super! A great advisor, friendly, warm and welcoming. Thank you Pav. As this was our first visit I asked a few questions regarding the services they provide, the MOT, service, pricing and payment plan. Pav was very reassuring and was able to provide all the answers. We left the vehicle with Mercedes, all day. The MOT and service were carried out and the updates were provided via a link. A video is also sent to you of the vehicle and any potential repairs. (The technician needs to slow down in the video, but other than that, a great help). We were called by Pav to give us an update and then later called again to inform us the vehicle was ready. The MOT passed and the service was carried out. The vehicle was also washed. (Although not to the best of standards). Overall, an exceptional experience, Thank you so much. I’d also recommend anyone else to do the same. I had an issue on my car that was a little nuisance. I went to Mercedes and Pav sorted it straight away. Absolutely super star! Thank you so much. I didn’t have to wait too long, Pav got straight on it. Payment was taken. A technician sorted it and I was on my way. I love the service Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham provide. I've just driven away with a GLB 250+ Electric and it's the nicest car I've ever driven. Gurj was a great help from start to finish - not pushy, allowed ample test drives and arranged a quick handover within a month. Would highly recommend.

Issrar our contact was very professional and very helpful he was also has a good personality cannot fault. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because we bought the car on 22nd June 2026 and we were told that the mobility changes that we requested had been overcharge by £404.00 we are are still awaiting the refund. It is now 2nd July (i.e. 11 days) so your accounts or finance department is the reason for 4 stars
