A huge thank you to Jarrell, Matt and team at Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham, who made our first experience of buying a 'from new' car an absolute pleasure. Jarrell in particular kept us updated at every stage; sending us videos and letting us know what needed actioning and when. He made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible and we absolutely love our new car. We have especially appreciated the check ins after completing the sale to ensure we're happy and that any follow up queries have been addressed, etc. Excellent customer service all round and we would highly recommend the dealership.

New Experience (2/6/2026) I am incredibly disappointed with Mercedes' cynical approach to what is clearly a known manufacturing design flaw. The key fobs are over-sensitive, leading to the boot repeatedly popping open entirely on its own simply from the key being in a pocket. This isn't just annoying; it's a massive security risk that leaves the vehicle completely exposed. When brought to the dealership, instead of taking ownership of an engineering oversight, Mercedes tried to use it as a revenue stream. I was told it would cost a £105 'adjustment' fee to recode the key software to a double-click. To make matters worse, I was informed that making this necessary adjustment would actually void my guarantee on the system. Naturally, I refused to pay a premium manufacturer to fix their own mistake, especially when the penalty is losing my warranty protection. While the front-of-house dealership staff were very polite and professional when explaining the policy, the corporate 'money-grabbing' logic behind it is shameful. Mercedes needs to start supporting their customers with goodwill fixes rather than trying to penalize them for everyday usage. Mercedes, surely you can do better than this. Previous experience I dropped my car for MOT before 9am. I was informed by a text message at 2:16pm that it was ready for collection. I arrived at around 3:15pm and spoke to the receptionist to collect my car. After other customers who came after me and waited for sometime were attended to and left, I reminded the receptionist that I was still waiting to collect my car (this was around 4pm). It was a further 10 minutes before I was attended to. I ended up collecting my car at 4:16pm - 1 hour just to collect my car. The reason was “we forgot”. Additionally, while the car was washed, the boot was left unvaleted. I had also electronically requested (via an online form) for one of the passenger windows to be checked as it couldn’t screen down but this appeared not to be on record (as checked). Service at Enterprise Way was good in the past but I’m am well disappointed on this occasion. If simple customer service can’t be done right, I’m truly concerned about the possible misses on the safety/technical front e.g., the missed record/check on the passenger window. You seem to have many staff on site, the receptionist is always polite and welcoming but you really need to work on giving your customers the high Mercedes class service they deserve.

Had two bad experiences on both visits staff dont care and it would seem the mechanics dont ether. Fuel filter not changed on 81000 miles with no previous history of it being changed when asked to perform a major service with the plus package.
No invoice sent so i didnt no it hadn't been done until nearly two years later when going through paper work and realised i didnt have it had to call up for it then realised only to be met with excuses and when asked to speak to a manager to complain left on hold for 20 minutes.
Tools left under the bonnet from the major service in 2024 and on the recent gear box service kept my car for an extra day as they said the wrong oil had been order for my gear box, found this hard to believe at a main dealership. So over all wont be using Mercedes for servicing in future and i wouldn't recommend ot to anyone ill just buy the parts and go to a trusted place pay half the price in labour .
