Myself and my Husband were in search of a new car and were attended to by Shahzad Majeed & Matt. They were both absolutely brilliant ensuring to get us the best possible deal on a car that suited our family’s’ needs. We ended up going for a brand new GLA which worked out better financially than getting a used car. We are super pleased with our car and the service provided. Thank you again Shahzad & Matt !

I was told it would be 45-60 mins to have the aircon re-gassed. Arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appt and waited until 12:45 for someone to bring the final paperwork. I left at 1pm.
I expected it to take slightly more than 60 mins, because I’d also opted for the aircon to be cleaned and the car washed.
At midday, I asked the receptionist to find out why it was taking so long. I asked her again at 12:15 and then again at 12:30, because with each time of asking no-one came to let me know when I could expect to go home.
Finally, someone came out with the paperwork at 12:45. He said the delay was due to the car wash. I told him that if I’d been advised that the car wash was causing a delay, I’d have preferred to have left earlier without the car being washed. Why wasn’t I kept informed?
At no point during the morning was I told of the delay. The automated update on my phone was useless as it doesn’t let the customer know how much longer it might be.
There was nothing to eat, because you don’t provide gluten free biscuits. If, on arrival I’d been told it would be a two and a half hour appointment, I’d have gone for a walk or found somewhere to have lunch.
The lack of respect shown to me, the customer, was very disappointing. The lack of heartfelt apology from the man who I paid was palpable. He deducted the cost of the £30 air con clean from the bill, as if that was going to make me feel better for being in the showroom from 10:15am-1:00pm. The delay ruined my plans for the afternoon.
The diagnostic video that was emailed to me after I’d left, was recorded at 11:15am, yet it took until 12:45 for the work to be completed. I finally walked out of the showroom at 1pm.
To add to my dissatisfaction, the car wasn’t clean! The glass was covered in large, dirty spots where dirty water had been left to dry on it and the bodywork at the back wasn’t clean.
I was so upset that I filled out an online complaint form that afternoon, but still haven’t heard anything from Mercedes Benz concerning my complaint, so here I am repeating myself in this review.

A huge thank you to Jarrell, Matt and team at Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham, who made our first experience of buying a 'from new' car an absolute pleasure. Jarrell in particular kept us updated at every stage; sending us videos and letting us know what needed actioning and when. He made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible and we absolutely love our new car. We have especially appreciated the check ins after completing the sale to ensure we're happy and that any follow up queries have been addressed, etc. Excellent customer service all round and we would highly recommend the dealership.
