In for diagnostics, relatively simple fix and quickly resolved.
Had to wait over 30 mins to pick up the car.
It also hadn't been washed / vac'd but that may have been down to me asking for a quick turnaround if possible.

AVOID!! Had an MOT slot booked today for 2:30pm, arrived into the dealership at 2:36pm! By the time an advisor came out it was 2:40pm They refused to do my MOT and said it would have a knock on effect on other vehicles. Shocking.. drove all the way from Leicester to have this done as local dealers are booked up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of my time! Best to avoid this dealership with bad customer service, they didn’t even bother calling to see if I’m on my way or anything. Avoid.

Bought C class estate from Mercedes Nottingham.Issrar Hussein with whom we dealt was very professional and made the whole buying experience seemless.Appreciate the support he provided and patiently answering all our queries and making the experience memorable.

I had to raise a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service and the shocking mess the dealership caused. This has now been resolved to my satisfaction but not without a lot of delays and the stress and inconvenience all of the issues caused. For these reasons, I would not recommend this dealership.

Visiting Mercedes Nottingham the other week I purchased a GLE. Ali and Jarrell at the branch were friendly, helpful and provided a great service overall. They were attentive, but not pushy, and took the time to explain everything, even as the garage was closing.
