This week I took my car to Mercedes Nottingham for a service and was very impressed with the over all experience, particularly with Tom, the service advisor. Tom explained the process very well, including work which is advised and work which isn’t necessarily needed but I should keep an eye on. There were no pushy sales tactics that I have experienced at other dealerships/garages, just good advice and friendly customer service. The overall experience was great and I would highly recommend.

If you want honest expertise, go to Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham. After another shop misdiagnosed my car and broke a new EGR valve by putting it on a faulty manifold, this team saved the day. Filip was absolutely brilliant. His incredible communication skills made me feel happy and valued again after a nightmare experience elsewhere. He arranged a car for me to borrow and had my vehicle fully repaired within a couple of days for a very reasonable price. 5-star service!

I collected my car after it went in for some diagnostic work at the Nottingham dealership and was met by Tom. He was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to speak to me properly about the job and really went above and beyond in his explanation and service. This is exactly the type of customer service that you would expect to represent a prestigious brand like Mercedes. I was so impressed by him, his approach and how genuinely helpful he is, that I was willing to pay extra to have my car serviced with the dealership than else where. Purely because of him. Absolutely brilliant and I wish everyone was like him. An absolute asset and credit to his team and if I could, I would want to recruit him and take him for my own business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I recently purchased my Mercedes E-Class from Scott, Sales Manager at Mercedes-Benz Nottingham, and he was fantastic right from day one. He was always there whenever I needed anything, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made the whole buying process completely smooth and stress-free. When it came to getting the essential work done ahead of my trip, the service team was just as excellent. Chloe in Service Administration kept me fully updated at every step, explaining clearly what work was needed and working closely with Dan throughout. A very special thank you to George – such a skilled young technician who took the time to explain everything in detail, carried out all the work efficiently, and got the whole job fully completed in just 48 hours! I’m absolutely loving driving it, and I want to thank every single member of the team who made this such a great experience. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Nottingham to anyone!

Sorry for this late review. I have always wanted a Mercedes SLK/SLC and 2 months ago i saw one advertised at Mercedes-Benz in Nottingham. We drove 100 miles to view the car and all the staff there were very friendly, welcoming and super helpful. My salesperson was called Dominic Mullins who sent me a lengthy video of both outside and inside of the car before we traveled the distance to see it for ourselves & when we did i was not disappointed & knew it was the car for me. Everything to do with the sale was obviously done online and Dominic made this process run extremely smoothly, efficiently and quickly. Just 7 days later he picked myself and my husband up from the train station of which we were most grateful for. Thank you Dominic for all that you did, i can’t tell you how happy I am with my “little” car. I just Love it. 😁💖
