The service department at Mercedes Benz of Nottingham is outstanding, largely because of the quality of the reception staff and the level of customer service provided by Tom in the Service Department. Work is done well (which should be a given with Mercedes) but Tom always goes the extra mile and is the best Service Department Manager I have encountered in 40 years of motoring. Communication is excellent and speed of turnaround is very good too. Service departments often let marques down, but not here. Tom lives up to the old Gottlieb Daimler quote: “Das beste oder nichts”.
