Avoid Avoid Avoid Purchased a GLC 43 last week. Dealt with Joshua Stares. On the test drive I noticed a juddering or knocking on full lock. I was told by Joshua that this is normal, and that it goes away. Once we brought the car, we noticed how the sound has got worse and worse, so loud that people outside the vehicle stare at us as we turn the car. I brought this up with Joshua, requesting a remedy. I was just fobbed off and told there was nothing they can do. This was 2 DAYS after purchasing the car. after back and forth I informed Joshua that I would like to reject the car. I was then told this was also not possible. I then informed them I would be going to head office and filing a complaint. Joshua then sent me back an email with the email I should contact to get in touch with head office. He gave me the INCORRECT email. If this was intentional, I don’t know. This also was not following correct procedures as the dealership should raise any complaints to head office in the first instance before me(the customer) has too. Fast forward a couple days and now the engine management light has now appeared on the car. Joshua was nice while trying to sell you a car, but he nor the dealer care once it’s driven off the forecourt.

I change 2 fuel pipe in 7 months bought from Mercedes Benz no refund no investigation whatsoever I was so disappointed from Mercedes team staff was rude one person told me different 4 days ago and another one told me totally different things today

Had my car serviced by Oxford mercedes and been a absolutely disappointing experience! Poor costumer service together with absolutely disorganised office staff,had to tell them 3 times what jobs needed doing.while waiting for my car I listen few unhappy costumers.shame such prestige brand with a lack of professionalism

I have had a terrible experience with a different merc dealership - there was no communication, false promises, and the process was taking 2 months with additional waiting time.
I decided to take a leap of faith and give Oxford a chance.
Joshua stares - he was helping me with the purchase of my new merc. The process with him was absolutely easy and quick. There was zero issues and no false promises.
I had a terrible experience with the other dealership so having a one that wanted me to get the car I wanted as fast as they could was amazing.
I cannot express how happy I am with the Oxford branch.
They managed to sort my car in about two weeks, they were helpful and kept me in the loop constantly.

Great initial service but very quickly deteriorated once the sale had been made. This is my 4th Mercedes so really not used to such a poor level of service.Handover was dreadful. 2000 miles extra on the mileage which they denied, and used a photo they had taken on the day off handover as proof. They didn’t realise that the Mercedes APP had the technology to provide the exact miles since the start. Once I subtracted my own mileage the figures didn’t match their screenshot! What happened to the customer is always right. No proper handover, no explanation of car, no answers to questions. It was an expensive C Class too. I will never use this garage again or recommend it. Basingstoke, Reading, Winchester and Bracknell are much better garages in the area.

Appalling, I was sold an A class AMG, which required £2k work to make it road worthy.The vehicle wasn't fit for purpose or roadworthy and the dealership still managed to sanction an MOT certificate Initially they wouldn't consider any of the claims until they were threatened by the finance company
