The arrival process was smooth yet impersonal. It did mean i did not have to wait but also removed the ability to add so something i may have missed.
I STILL have an issue with SatNav mot being updated. Thats now 5 visits and still not sorted even though i keep informing MBoO.
Desiree did follow up as she said she would on tje day she said she would so that's good (i rasise that as it often does not look like this)
The loss of a stat is around not sorting my Satnav for a subscription ive paid for the last 5 years…..

Booked on line for my service the time I selected was 09.45 I was advised I should of been there for 08.30 so there’s an issue with the system but never mind the service was carried out while I waited could not fault it

My Smart #1 Brabus was booked in with you on 12th Feb with issues relating to the car not charging under schedule or being able to boost off app, and sat nav not retaining address information when saved as favourite or as home address. I collected it yesterday 23rd February and none of the faults have been remedied. I phoned this morning at 8.36am and was advised that the chap was busy with a client but that he would phone when finished. It is now 2.05pm and I have still to be called back. When the car is booked back in, it will be the third time in less than a month you will have had it attempting to rectify electrical issues. Not impressed and currently lacking confidence in your engineering team.

I have already voiced my comments on a previous mail but will endeavour to remember what I said on that occasion. I was pleased with the service but the video which was made of the underneath of the car was filmed too quickly and the narrator spoke so fast it was impossible to understand what he was saying. Next time, please ask the mechanic who takes the video to speak more clearly and use the camera more slowly. This will help me to make sense of what is being said. In person, the mechanic was a very pleasant and helpful man. I think he was called Cameron. I could not tell from what I could see and hear whether he was the Person who made the video.person w

Not happy. Booked my service nearly 6 weeks before the appointment. The car was not finished on the day. No explanation given and no apology given. When self checking out the keys were not there. No explanation given and no apology given. Service is badly deteriorating

Very disappointing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Oxford. A major repair on my vehicle for vacuum pump/oil in vacuum system failed shortly afterwards, and the same fault has been confirmed by another authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer who confirmed that Mercedes-Benz of Oxford failed the repair. The car is currently still with the dealer, not roadworthy, has no valid MOT, and I have been unable to use it for months while still paying finance and insurance. The issue is now with Mercedes-Benz UK and The Motor Ombudsman. I hope this can be resolved soon. At the initial visit, repairs were carried out to address oil contamination within the vacuum system. When the problem reoccurred, I was advised that the symptoms were consistent with the same underlying issue, although it was not accepted that the previous repair had failed. However, another authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer has since confirmed that the original repair did not fully resolve the problem and advised that I should return the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Oxford. The most recent estimate now includes replacement of additional components within the same vacuum and brake assistance system, including parts previously addressed. This indicates that the issue relates to the same fault chain and has progressed over time because the original repair did not fully resolve the underlying cause.

I had a great experience with my customer service advisor Marie at this dealership. She was particularly thorough in organising the replacement of a part that had come up as faulty in the annual service. The exchange was done quickly, and I was kept informed whilst I relaxed with a hot drink in the lounge. We will be coming back here to buy our next car.
