Courtesy car provided for but I had to confirm had been offered free. No discount provided on service as promised verbally the week before.
The garage completed detailed investigations and found out it was an issue with the shock absorbers.
Whilst this took some time to resolve, I was provided with another car throughout the repair process and received regular updates from the garage.
