Having risen early and driven to dealership, only to find that they had no records of my 08:15 service and MOT booking made on line two months previously. However they managed to accept my car, provide a driver to take me home and then delivered my car to my home serviced and MOT'd later that day. Excellent.

All done on time courtesy’s car available car serviced washed and a couple of adjustments completed all very good. I would say the service levels have increased since my last visit. Complementary coffee cold drinks and biscuits

I was kept waiting while other customers were treated when collecting my car. 2 minutes into my journey home alarms sounded and it was indicated that my bonnet was not properly shut. I stopped and it was. I returned to the garage. and it turned out to be a sensor. In addition, I was not told online that my car was ready until the following morning. And also the two items that I had given agreement to be done were not because of a lack of spares and I wasn’t told about that in advance of collecting the car.

No personal interaction. No answer before paying as to why having only bought the car in December I was required to pay for a service, after all was the vehicle not checked before I bought the car. Finally when I was able to get someone to answer the phone it was explained that it was unfortunate that I was slightly over the 90 days deadline that you have internally. Very disappointed that the was not raised at the point of purchase.

Needed to sort out a teething problem with my new Mercedes. I was given a courtesy car at short notice as my car needed to stay at the dealership for a short while. After an overnight stay the issue was sorted. Couldn't ask for better care.

I recently visited Mercedes-Benz and smart of Oxford again, and once more the experience was excellent. Following my previous visit, I can confidently say that the high standards have been consistently maintained. The service remains efficient, professional, and well-organised, with great use of modern systems that make the whole process smooth and hassle-free. This time, I would especially like to highlight Patryk, who provided outstanding support throughout my visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. His approach was straightforward and respectful, which I really appreciate. The facilities continue to impress — clean, modern, and clearly maintained to a very high standard. Overall, it’s great to see such consistency in service quality. I would definitely continue to recommend this garage and look forward to returning in the future.

I've been a Mercedes customer for several years, visiting a couple of different branches. Mercedes Oxford is by far the best for customer service! Paul in the workshop and the ladies at reception are so accomodating, welcoming and friendly. Paul gets the job done to a very high standard! Will keep returning to this Mercedes and highly recommend to all other customers!

Very bad experience dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Oxford. Car went for a major repair and was diagnosed and the repair failed, was poorly fixed in the first place who lead to more parts being affected later. Refused to contribute for the second repair even the first one failed.
