Sophie in the service department was exceptional from start to finish. Clear communication, genuinely helpful, and made the whole process effortless. Brian and Jodie were equally brilliant, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure I was looked after throughout. A special mention to Alex in parts, who went above and beyond to get everything sorted quickly. A first‑class experience all round. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed with the site. I opted out of an advisorless visit as I prefer to engage with people. From the reception to the service dept, parts dept and the techs, it was was nothing less than perfect. The staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable and warm. The bar was a nice feature. I had a little tour of the showroom and was checked on regularly to see if I needed anything. Car came back lovely, clean and serviced :)

This is the second time I’ve brought my car to Mercedes for an MOT, and unfortunately the service has been just as poor as the first time. I was booked in for 8:00am, so naturally I expected the work to start promptly and hoped to be on my way reasonably quickly. By 9:45am, having heard nothing, I asked for an update. The member of staff I spoke to was dismissive and came across as quite rude, asking who I had spoken to and who was dealing with my booking instead of checking herself. After waiting another 15 minutes, she returned and told me they hadn’t even started working on my car and that it would be at least another hour. When I asked why, I was told that the workshop doesn’t open until 8:30am, they have other jobs to do first, and that an MOT normally takes around two hours. My question is simple: if the workshop isn’t able to begin work until 8:30am and there are other vehicles ahead, why was I booked in for 8:00am? The response was simply, “I don’t know,” with no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. It felt as though I was being blamed for turning up at the time Mercedes had booked me for. Delays can happen, and most customers understand that. What is difficult to accept is the lack of communication, empathy and customer service. A simple apology and honest update would have gone a long way. This has now happened twice, and it leaves a very poor impression of Mercedes. I hope the dealership takes customer feedback seriously and improves both its scheduling and the way staff communicate with customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mercedes-Benz Oxford. My vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz EQA, which is not yet five years old. The air conditioning system has completely failed, and despite already paying £600 for the diagnosis, I have now been quoted a further £4,000 to replace the faulty components. The quality of such a major component failing on a relatively new Mercedes-Benz is already very disappointing. My repair appointment was originally scheduled for 30 July. At around midday on 29 July, Mercedes-Benz Oxford called me. Unfortunately, I was away from my phone, so my 14-year-old daughter answered the call. She was informed that my assigned technician was off sick and that the appointment would need to be rescheduled to 10 August. To make sure there would be no issues, I called the Mercedes-Benz Oxford service department myself at around 3:00 pm on the same day. I specifically asked whether there were any problems with my appointment and whether my courtesy car had been arranged. The gentleman I spoke to clearly told me that there was no problem with my appointment, that the courtesy car was ready, and that I simply needed to deliver my car before 10:00 am the following morning. Trusting the information I had been given, I arrived at Mercedes-Benz Oxford at 9:00 am on 30 July. To my surprise, a female member of staff came out and, without any courtesy or apology, bluntly informed me that my appointment had been cancelled. I showed her my phone records and explained that I had specifically called the previous afternoon to confirm the appointment and had been assured that everything was in place. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she responded impatiently and said, "You can leave the car here, but Mercedes-Benz Oxford has no courtesy car available." At no point during the entire conversation did anyone apologise for the confusion or for the inconvenience caused. Not a single member of staff accepted responsibility for the incorrect information I had been given. What was even more shocking was her attitude. She accused us of speaking too loudly and even threatened to call security. We had simply been asking why we had been given completely incorrect information and why we had travelled to the dealership unnecessarily. To make matters worse, we were then told that because we had not confirmed the 10 August appointment during the phone call to my daughter, the earliest available appointment was now 13 August. The whole conversation was conducted as though the situation was somehow our fault, even though the dealership had clearly provided contradictory information. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply disappointing. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what customers expect is honesty, accountability, and a sincere apology. Instead, we were treated with arrogance, impatience, and complete indifference. I have never expected this level of poor customer service from Mercedes-Benz. The staff made the mistake, yet the customer was made to feel responsible. This is simply unacceptable and falls far below the standard of service that Mercedes-Benz claims to represent.

I went to this dealership as it is slightly closer to the one I regularly use for a replacement clip for my tourney cover and when I had asked my dealership I was advised I would need a complete replacement of the entire cover. Alex of the parts department was very friendly and helpful and even had a diagram of which part I required and where it would be fitted. I ordered the part and within 24 hrs the part was in the dealership and was fitted for me by Alex. I am extremely pleased at the easy fix of my issue and the small expense to rectify the Issue

I was so impressed. I opted out of an advisorless visit as I prefer to engage with people. From the reception to the service dept, parts guys, the techs, it was nothing less than perfect. The staff are all so friendly and warm. I had a little tour of the showroom. The bar was a nice feature. Everyone was so knowledgeable. I was constantly checked on to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. I’ve never had such a great experience from any dealership I’ve been in before. 10/10

The service from both the technicians and the managers in this dealership is awful. After taking my car for a service and as I was driving it home I found that the engine warning light kept coming up. After informing the garage if this issue, they told me that that must have been something I did as the car was fine when it left. They also refused to investigate it further and said I would need to book and pay for an investigation if I felt something was wrong. The man I spoke to was very rude and condescending. I also found that they seem to be offering incentives for posting good reviews. I would warn people to stay away from this garage as I do not believe they are acting morally. I have also escalated to trading standards.

Hi, just purchased a Smart Hashtag 3. Zoe Carr was overlooking everything, everything went smoothy and the service was excellent. Zoe looked after us from start to finish which only took a matter of days.

Overall, my visit was great. Billy Warren from the Sales Department was an extraordinary adviser and a superb source of support throughout the process. I hope some of the female staff in the Service Department can take a leaf out of the book of professionals like Billy, whose outstanding customer service sets an excellent example.

Have been asked to bring the vehicle in on 9am sharp. I did. Towards end of day I was informed via email the vehicle would not even be looked at that day. Not because of any surprises, fault was known in advance, and booking was made over a week prior, just careless planning and a disregard for customer time. I spoke to service rep to ask why, she explained that's just how they run the service centre. Unbelievable.
