Hollie from the kidlington/ Oxford branch was fantastic. She was incredibly professional and very informative aswell as being super friendly and considerate. She made the whole experience purchasing the new Mercedes very easy and highly likely to purchase another in the future.
She was prompt answering any questions and always very cheerful. Thank you Hollie and I hope positive feedback contributed to your performance reviews as in my view Hollie was outstanding.

Exceptional Service at Mercedes-Benz of Oxford I recently brought my wife’s car in for a routine service, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. The entire team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, making what can often be a tedious errand an absolute pleasure. I would like to extend a particular word of thanks to the Service Manager, Patrick, whose attentiveness, clarity, and genuine care were greatly appreciated. He kept us fully informed, answered every question with patience, and ensured the entire process ran seamlessly. Furthermore, I was genuinely touched by the wonderful condition in which the car was returned to us. My sincere gratitude also goes to the valeting team, who did a magnificent job cleaning the car inside and out. It looked immaculate—better than it has in a long time. Thank you all for setting such a fine standard of customer care. Without hesitation, highly recommended.

Thoroughly disapponted with service. Car came up with message to 'Consult workshop without starting the vehicle again' when my husband close to home on trip back from Devon. This was last day of guarantee. He continued driving and swiched off.
This was late afternoon. Rest of family arrived and took a screen shot of message to clarify fault had occured on day car was still under guarantee. My husband (who is 82years old) had forgotten there was a Mercedes help button in car (as I had) and we thought it would be sufficient to ring Mercedes at Kdlington next morning (we didn't arrive home util after 6pm), we were
unable to get a reply either from reception, service and even sales on Saturday despite trying numerous times. On Monday when I finally spoke to reception found them unhelpful, it took more than one call before I was told we should have rang Mercedes Me. We were then told it was out of guarantee and we would be responsible for bill. Eventually it was settled we would pay 10% with no explanation as to how that figure was reached. We paid to get car back but in all the car was at the workshop over three weeks. Fault was apparently one that has occured with several vehicles. Disappointing service all round, we had to ring for information and no replacement car offered.

Kevin at Mercedes couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he kept us fully informed and updated every step of the way, making everything straightforward and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and he was always available to answer any questions we had. The level of customer service we received was outstanding, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout. I visited the Kidlington Mercedes Benz Dealership and I was very impressed with the customer service and in particular, Kevin in the Parts Unit. He was very helpful, very friendly and he really explained to me what exactly was wrong and how to correct the issue properly. If any more issues arise in the future, I will definelty be going here again as the team did a very good job.
