Also, apparently my service record had not been updated to the Mercedes Benz cloud correctly, which resulted in me not having any breakdown cover for a period of time. This again took several phone calls to both yourselve's and Mercedes Benz Central to resolve. Overall, not impressed with my first engagement with MB Oxford.
