I have used Solihull Mercedes Aftercare in the past but I was extremely unhappy with their level of service so this time I used the Mercedes Stratford. I was not disappointed and will not be going anywhere else in the future. From phoning to book my car in (and arrange a loan car) to attending on the day and being greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff, the whole experience was first class. I was looked after by Marc Hudson and he was brilliant.... he kept me informed about what was happening with my car and explained everything in detail in layman's terms so I knew exactly what work was needed (he even managed to get my car MOT'd at short notice which really helped me out). The loan car was great also and I was allowed to keep this over the weekend while my car was out of action. Collecting my car was very straightforward and when I received it back it was running perfectly and it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out.... it was a good a new. Many thanks for your help and great service, keep up the good work!..... Used this garage again for a service in February 2026 and received fantastic service again; smooth booking in process which included courtesy car; kept informed whilst my car was in the garage; staff were all brilliant.... thank you, I will be back!

Seems impolite to not mention Stratford’s Team by name. I visited this week to liaise with Sales (for a new car), Parts (for Private plates and retainers), Service (for Service History Report on another V8 toy), Reception (for the happiest of greetings) and Management (To say THANKS)! Courtesy car was filthy, with a number of dirty tissues inside the vehicle. Surely, someone should take responsibility to check any vehicle that is going to a customer. The same thing happened to me last year, so clearly my feedback was ignored. It is this level of attention to detail that i would expect from a premium manufacturer, very disappointing.

I had an issue with my car HF73 PBV whilst on route from Southampton to Hull , Holly in the service reception was fantastic and said they can look at it but may need to order a part so could not guarantee a quick fix , this I fully understood. I arranged a lift to hull with a colleague , within 3 hours Holly called me and explained a part was on its way and the car would be ready the next day hopefully !. The next day Holly called to inform me that they would need the car one more night but had arranged a loan car for the evening , the communication was second to none . I arrived the following morning dropped the loan car back and picked my car up , Holly was excellent and a credit to your company . I was so impressed I will travel up for servicing as my HQ is in the Cotswold's , I may even purchase an E class if the figures slightly improve!!

MB Stratford Upon Avon looks really dated for Mercedes Benz
I waited 5 hours for a 2-3 hour service B without any update
I had to prompt for an update and it was the the service manager took over but what about the general staff they did not update once!

Mark was brilliant He was able to highlight the problem as my car is 25 years old E320 coupe and getting replacement parts not easy as this model is no longer made
He was able to advise me on alternatives

Everything went to plan and your service and facilities were good.

The service provided by the lady who looked after me could not be faulted, and I would commend her for that.

Pleasant staff who were attentive and ensured my wait whilst my car was dealt with was nice.
