I have had my car serviced here a few times and had work completed on it recently, all work was good. However trying to ring them and get through is near impossible. set aside a few hours of constant calling to try to achieve this. I've had to call them on 4 separate occasions just for a quote, that they said they would send me via email, that's 4 time trying to get through and then explaining to the person that finally answers (after constantly calling them for hours) what i need, that they said they would send via email. this is an awful service they offer, or should i say don't, I'm still waiting for a quote on email for a part and cost for the work. They need to answer their phones as this is a very poor service for what's supposed to be a professional service and business.

First time visiting Mercedes-Benz Stratford-Upon-Avon after two very poor experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Tamworth. On both occasions I was ignored when chasing the progress of my vehicle’s urgent repairs and completely fobbed off when the car was booked in for safety-related work. I was repeatedly given excuses such as equipment being broken but if that was the case why not contact me beforehand rather than have me drive all the way there just to be told in person on the day it was booked in for repair? It was a complete waste of time and the way I was treated there is honestly shocking having spent thousands with that dealership. I would strongly urge people to avoid the Tamworth branch as the after-sales customer service was absolutely dreadful. My experience at Mercedes-Benz Stratford-Upon-Avon however was the complete opposite. From the moment I arrived the staff from reception through to the after-sales team were extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Marc Hudson, my service advisor was outstanding. He kept me well informed throughout, explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. There were a couple of minor issues during my visit, but what really stood out was how the whole team handled them. They were understanding, caring and genuinely focused on making sure everything was resolved properly. That level of customer care makes a huge difference. I’d also like to mention the lady who handed my keys back to me after the car was valeted (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name). She was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great example of the excellent customer service this team provides. Overall, the after-sales service here is phenomenal and the team is excellent. I’m actually looking forward to returning for my service at the end of this month. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Was booked in for MOT a few weeks before it was due, the day before I the booking I received a phone call asking me to come in later, I confirmed I would but was not happy

After sourcing a A35 from Mercedes Benz Stratford-upon-Avon the service I received from Sales Executive Mohammed Miah was excellent. I was continually updated with the sale process and received several videos of the car due to distance from branch. Meeting Mohammed in person and receiving the car was flawless. Thanks again
