I've been using this dealership for servicing and mot since 2019. I've always been happy with the service I have received, including my recent visit.
My travel time to the dealership is about 1 hour and I advise the service staff that I do need plenty of notice if there are any delays (at least 2 hours before closing). Unfortunately I had to chase up the progress for my last service only to find out during that call the car would not be ready. I did expect the dealership to contact me not the other way round. It was lucky I did as I may have had a wasted 2 hour round trip.
As I say, overall experience over a number of years with this dealership has been excellent so more of an observation than a complaint.
