The Dealership was unable to provide a collection service so took the car in for a wheel change. Was advised it would take around an hour but had to wait for about two hours.

My vehicle was ready for me to collect as arranged. It was cleaned and in a respectable condition when I received it. The person that saw to me on collection was friendly and extremely courteous. I will most definitely bring my vehicles back to Mercedes Stratford-upon-Avon and recommend them to my colleagues.

We had yet another exceptional experience at Mercedes Benz Stratford Upon Avon. We were dealt with by Olivia who gave us an impeccable service with good communication and a trusted experience.

We're not off to a good start, I bought a E220d coupe, l highlighted some issues with the car on the test drive, sales team promised they would rectify them. We left a deposit for the car, and agreed on a collection for the vehicle in four days time. They had no problems during this time communicating with emails or phone calls, trying to sell extra extended warranties, including that for paint, alloy wheel damage plus others. Also told within these communications, we had to pay for the car in full before the collection, so we did. On collection of the car, one of the issues highlighted earlier on the test drive had not been resolved, but l was promised the parts were on order, so we took the car. Within the first week l had two further problems with the car. So l contacted the service department to have these faults repaired, and at the same time fix the first issue highlighted post test drive which was not completed. After sales service is poor at best, the service department had no record of any parts being ordered from the install sale, but they would look into it and call me back, I've still not received any confirmation. The car is now booked in with the service department to be looked at for the new fauts I now have with the car. Again promised phone call back still one week later on, if not today being Saturday it would be Tuesday, what's going on ? Come on Mercedes if l wanted service like this l could have gone to a back street garage and paid less. Let's see if they turn round a poor start into a positive outcome. I'm not so sure.
