I have used Warrington Mercedes for many years with no problem at all in fact very good service.
I checked automatically and left my key in the locker, which was quick and efficient. I received a call to say that my car was ready but they hadnot cleaned it through a water problem, I said i doubted this as all the toilets were functioning, I was then accused of calling the caller a liar, which was concerning as that was not what i said?? On arrival i was kept waiting till the last person even when people who arrived after me where dealt with before me. I was asked if i had checked out the water problem?? rather than a detailed overview of my cars service. I will not use Warrington again and will advise people against using Warrington

I had a choice for my annual service, Marshalls of Bolton or Group 1 Warrington. I chose G1 because using the M6 it's quicker. I arranged a hire car because I needed to be in the office and received confirmation of the hire car. With only a few minutes before I arrived at G1 I received a call to advise that there was no hire car for me., massively inconvenient. I had to arrange for a colleague to come and collect me and also subsequently return me to collect my car, which was also inconvenient for him.
The young woman at G1 I think her name was Lemmisa ( coloured lady) was very helpful and apologetic and without her input this rating would be even lower.
I have used this garage before for servicing previous Mercedes cars and the service was always good but I believe the ownership was different back then perhaps this is the reason for the downturn in performance?

Went out just to look at a car, 2 hours later we went back and bought it. Met Gabriel out on the forecourt and he looked after us from start to finish, he was very helpful, friendly and had a lot of knowledge which helped us make our decision. There was no pressure to buy, very relaxed atmosphere. After sales he has been a pleasure to deal with also, looking after me as I was struggling to figure out how things on the car work. Highly recommend

Car in for radio not working kept overnight told would receive update at 10 am morning after nothing !! Rang went through to reception who just wasn’t interested or helpful the service dept never answer absolutely shocking customer service

My first Mercedes-Benz, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Dale Lee for the outstanding service. From choosing the right model to the test drive, he patiently guided me through every step and made sure I truly understood what suited my needs. It was such a smooth and comfortable process that by the time I finished one cup of coffee, I had already chosen the car I love. Highly recommended — a truly exceptional sales professional.

Mercedes-Benz - company of two extremes good for quality, appalling for customer service. Rating (0 star) I had a recall for my Mercedes, booked in for 28th November 2025. I then received a text message from them the day before to tell me to reschedule because of the lack of resources. I rescheduled to come in on the 2nd of January 2026. I received a text message confirming this. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I was initially told I wasn't booked in at all and that it apparently appears to be my fault to turn up at all. All the staff looked both confused and lost by the fact that I am in the dealership at all! My wife who was there to drive me home as well as myself were made to look like fools to even turn up. Especially the day after new year's day and at 8am in the morning. Only when we have presented the confirmation text to the staff, then they started to accept their wrong doing, followed by apologies. We have been scheduled to take in my car the week after (9/01/26), so the saga continued. (Update 9/01/26) Following my recall visit, which went smoothly. I got my car back valeted, so I was pleased with that as the valeting was great. However, as I have expressed. This recall hasn't been the best experience for me and had caused me a lot of inconvenience. Mainly due to traveling to and from the Warrington dealership the first time, which was unnecessary as well as going there the second time by paid transport (to and from Uber trips £40 total). At no point I was offered any courtesy car or support. Considering I had been told to go there the first time mistakely, it would have been good if transport support was provided as a minimum. Compounded with this is the fact that the recall had used up a lot of my time, which I could have spent at work or with my family. I hope you take this feed back seriously, as I hear this alot about your company and this experience here really makes the roamer a reality. (14/01/26) Tried to contact dealership leader directly via email "to address concerns and make things right", but did not get 1 call or 1 email back. Read the response to this post by Mercedes Warrington with a pitch of salt. They just want to appear to have resolved the issue (for publicity), where in reality nothing has been done whatsoever. No one in these reviews who has given a bad review, has amended their rating to good, because their problem has never been "addressed".
