However, I didn’t hear back from Mercedes until I chased on Wednesday 29th.
8 days my car was in the garage with no communication.
I was told someone would update by the end of the day on the 29th but no one did.
I had a call at 3pm on the 30th to say no faults could be found and the car could be picked up.
I went to pick the car up on Friday 1st May and had to wait 40 minutes until I chased again to simply be given the keys.
Once I got my car, it had not received the complementary service wash that had been booked too. I had to take the car to be valeted straight away as it was covered in dust and pollen and in an embarrassing state!
It was obvious the car had sat outside without being looked at and only when I chased did someone look at it.
The dash warning signs have appeared back on the console since picking the car up.
All together it was not satisfactory.
Only quibble is the courtesy car once again having only 25 miles of fuel - not enough to get me home and back. Had a bit of fun locating the fuel filler cap too as the car was an unfamiliar hybrid!
Very poor. When picking up the car had to wait 45 minutes then had to ask how much longer I had to wait.
