The next day we returned to the dealership and proceeded with the purchase . The sales lady , Annierose, explained all the processes involved in the purchase and dealt with all the paperwork very efficiently.
Once the car was ready for collection we returned to the dealership to finalise the paperwork. Unfortunately Annierose had been taken ill that day but her colleague, Jack oversaw the final processes and showed us over our new car and answered all or questions very efficiently.
The overall experience was excellent from both members of the sales team and a would recommend any prospective buyers to visit this dealership. Good service is getting rare these days but Mercedes Warrington exceeded our expectations.
