it said one hour free diagnosis, I booked the time, and did not expect need to spend a whole day. in the afternoon, told me that it need extra money for make the check. I think it is just a scam. you did not do anything till that time.

Pre-appointment was good as was checking in online.
On arrival on the day I was met by an unhelpful receptionist who informed me I had not booked the lounge to wait and that the service and mot was a drop off and collect later appointment, and would take all day. I was welcome to wait but was behind everyone else. Receptionist not interested in seeing my booking clearly showing I had booked the lounge to wait, or to resolve the issue.
I found this very poor and would influence any future appointments I will make.
However, once I met the service team I was greeted well and looked after, and the service and mot only took 3 1/2 hours, not the 5+ the receptionist had said. Service team were only interested in helping me and providing an excellent service, which they did.
Review would be 5star but for my poor experience on arrival.
When you visit a Mercedes dealership and pay so much to have your car looked after properly, you don’t expect to be treated unhelpfully and in an offhanded way.
This should be a simple fix for you.

I had a frustrating experience unfortunately. I booked my service online for 8am, but was told on arrival that the appointment was for 10am (implying that I had made a mistake). When I checked my email confirmation, it proved that the appointment was indeed 8am. The lady who dealt with me handled it well and got my car straight into the workshop. However she said the misunderstanding was due to the fact that the booking system is based in Doncaster and they didn’t realise that the 8am slot in Warrington was already full. I am not sure how this can happen with an online booking system!
I had purposefully booked an early, express appointment as I needed to get back for a work meeting in Knutsford at 11.30. I had also pre-empted on the online booking system that I had a brake pad alert on the car. I asked that the pads could be changed on the same day as the service as I had a long journey ahead the following day and wanted to ensure the car was safe to drive. On the day before the service, I also phoned the dealership to reiterate this and to check that the brake pads would be in stock in the depot. The receptionist said she would pass on the message to the lady handling my service and that she would phone me back. I didn’t receive a phone call.
On the Friday morning it was discovered that the brake pads were not in stock, despite my trying to preempt this on the form and by phone. The lady dealing with my service said they would need to send a driver to the Liverpool depot to collect the parts which would be a 90 minute round trip, followed by the additional time required by the workshop to fit them. This meant I would miss my work meeting which I then cancelled. I was offered a courtesy car but I didn’t want to waste the time of the back and forth to Knutsford later in the day, which would impact on other work commitments. I also didn’t have my driving licence with me as I had expected the express service. I ended up staying in the dealership for around 5 hours and cancelled two work meetings and a medical appointment in total, plus had the additional stress of leaving my dog on her own for longer than expected.
I must say that the ladies I dealt with were all very professional and helpful. They did their best to solve the issues for me. However the overall experience was not good due to the mix up with the booking time, the failure to ensure the parts were in stock (despite my preempting twice) and the overall duration of my stay (despite booking the express service). I’m not sure if this was all due to digital glitches or human error, but I felt it was worth sharing so you can improve the service level for customers ongoing. Kind regards, Tessa Blakemore

had my car 8 weeks and still haven't even looked at it or done the testing that it was booked in for
i phone daily to speak to Marissa who is handling ny car and hasn't ever returned my call
been in in person and they said theyv had staff sickness and agreed that it was ridiculous also promised i would be called that day still awaiting
don't use this garage there only interested in people buying cars not in helping people get them fixed
it's really sad theyv took massive advantage of me even after explaining its my only transport for my disabled child; even asked for a courtesy car for the very rude Marissa to tell me everyone wants a car we don't have any to offer you! they clearly take work on they don't have the time to do and it effects children getting to their hospital appointment
my car is still in mercedes warrington you are a vile company
