I would give a zero or lower if I could. Here is a little timeline of what happened. I got 7 seaters car, the clips bottoms on top of the middle row seats broken on both sides and I want it fixed. - Have my car book in for Wednesday 9.30 Am - 5 PM for checking. They have the car for the whole day, I believed it been check thoroughly by engineer before giving the quote. So been told the mechanisms fine. Clips need replacing, quote is £430 My husband was giving them a little fuss about paying £430 just for the clips but the staff was like 'ohh but engineers have to strip everything off to do the work' Fine, agree to go ahead with the job. - Booked in for Friday (9 October 2026) at 12.30 PM been told it will take 2-2.30 hrs - Sit there and wait - After 2 hrs. They came out said all is good. Can't check the work until paying so they will hand us back the key. - Got the car key after all paid, to the car just to check and found out only one side of clips is working. Back in to inform staff. - Wait another hour for them to recheck and found out it can't be fixed as the mechanisms is broken!! AND ASKING US TO PAY MORE !!! So is this mean you broke the mechanisms of my car ??? two days ago you had my car of the whole entire day to check by the engineers and said it was fine. and why do I have to except paying that £430 for ?? when the job is half done.
