I reported a few issues along with the service and requested for washing my car. I received a call in the afternoon asking me to pick my car up but when i enquired if all issues were fixed i was told no and they dint have time and asked me to book anoyher appointment to bring the car back. Only when i pointed out that rhey made ne rebook the appointment to a weekday so a master technician will be available to look at the issues they agreed to recheck my car. Even then they couldnt reproduce any of the issues and in short nothing has been resolved. I was told that i need to pin point where The rattling noise from inside the front left dashboard was coming from. Also that the wheels locking while car is on adaptive cruise couldnt be fixed. Not happy with the service at all. I now need to mke new appointment to get both these issues rechecked. I dont understand how this is going to make any difference if i bring my car back another day.

The service team would not change my coolant sensor due to them plugging there reader in and it not showing up but yet the sensor was faulty as I had a warning light on my dash stating it was faulty and also had pinging alerts from my Mercedes app saying something is wrong it took nearly 3 hours for us to get an agreement as I wasn’t leaving without it being fixed. It eventually got fixed but it shouldn’t have taken all the fuss for it to be changed under warranty. I will not be going back to Mercedes Warrington for any warranty work ever the worst garage I’ve dealt with from buying a brand new car all the way to service team. I’ll take my car to another Mercedes garage. I keep doing these reviews time after time and I don’t get anywhere but there is a case open regarding my car to the customer service team in Germany Mercedes Benz and The Motor Ombudsman.

I don’t even know where to start with this Mercedes garage. WARRINGTON. I purchased a car in may 2025 a black A class had it from 3 days from collecting it things started to appear on the dash let these go over my head then other things started to appear I rang Mercedes they said it’s nothing to worry about I said no it is I taken pictures of everything I then taken my car in and said there was nothing wrong which I was prepared for. 2 days later I had an oil leak again they taken my car in and said there was still nothing wrong bearing in mind I had a puddle of oil on my drive pictures to prove this after me getting my point across and refused to take the car back they eventually changed it for a white A class things were fine until I noticed clunking and the car just didn’t feel right they taken my car in for a whole week said they had been driving it for the whole week and they can’t find any faults bearing in mind my mileage didn’t go up that much considering it was being drove for a week back and to on the motorway also. I got my car back and these noises were still there I drive my car daily every day for work and i don’t feel safe in it I’ve rang and rang Mercedes and get told I’ll get the service manager (Liam) to give you a call back still nothing 10 weeks down the line rang multiple times and still get told the same thing “I will get him to give you a call back” in my eyes he’s avoiding me and not bothered in the slightest. I driven my car to wales I had to pull over because my car was over heating lifted my bonnet and my fan wasn’t kicking in again got in contact with them and they aren’t bothered the slightest. I have been in contact with trading standards and citizen advice but they tell me I have to give them a chance to fix these problems but I’ve given them too many chances now so they are looking into it all further for me. They don’t seem to be even bothered about that. the whole Mercedes garage Warrington is awful and the customer service is dreadful I 1000% don’t recommend buying a Mercedes from these as once you’ve purchased your car they then don’t want to know you afterwards. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

Vehicle booked in for A1 service. Booked over the phone simple process with no issues. Loan car available on arrival no issues. Minor defect found on health check and was rectified on the same visit. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend.
