I just wanted to say thank you to Rowan who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of purchasing and advising and finally setting up and handing over my new MINI. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional and made everything feel so easy from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took the time to make sure everything was properly set up for me and that I was completely happy before I drove away. I am absolutely thrilled with my MINI, and Rowan’s help and exceptional service made the whole experience even more special.

I have just bought my first car with Group 1 Mini Borehamwood and the process was amazing start to finish. From first enquiry through the website right through to collection day, Harry was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me drive away with my dream car! A 5* seamless process and so incredible efficient. I have never known anyone be able to secure a car so seamlessly and quickly. Even when there was a minor problem with the car on collection, he sorted it within seconds. Thank you Harry for handling my 960,000 questions with your wide breadth of knowledge. From start to finish, we were listened to and looked after so well by Rowan. She was knowledgeable and gave great advice, without being pushy. There’s a lot of choice when it comes to buying a car, but she was helpful in narrowing down our search and finding us just the right one. A very smooth and helpful experience, which was a pleasant surprise!

Just taken possession of my Mini from Joshua and Den at Sirling Cnr - great service, attentivenes and a beautiful pristine new car. Such a contrast to my previous car from another dealeship/brand, which was an unmitigated disaster.
