Called Group 1 Farnborough as I needed a car quickly having been let down by other dealers. Libby checked the stock for specific needs I had while on the phone. The next morning the car was available for me to inspect. Libby has provided outstanding service with Jack the manager. All options were clearly talked through with a fully itemised quotation and any changes made where needed and nothing rushed. Proper good old fashioned customer first type of service. Both Libby and Jack are really passionate about MINI as well and know the brand through and through. Treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first car purchase with them. Looking forward to collecting my car in a few weeks. The showroom by the way is immaculate and fully accessible. Thank you Libby and Jack.

We were so pleased with our experience with the Group 1 Mini team at Farnborough. At short notice, Rashid had everything ready for our test drive and paperwork to complete the purchase. Even the kids had a great couple of hours being entertained. Will definitely be back when we need to replace other family care and will be asking for Rashid!!

Our purchase of a mini aceman was smooth and comfortable. No sales hassle, Rashid was attentive, provided details to support the purchase decision and answered all our questions promptly. He kept us informed throughout the delivery process and handled the handover calmly focussing on the differences from our previous minis. I have since called back into the showroom and he talked me through one of the new car features I was struggling to use, again in a calm and attentive nanner Overall a pleasant purchasing experience

Met Cat and the team randomly when trying to find a specific car quickly. Cat responded quickly investigating all options and getting our car secured for us. We’re not even local but the service meant I was prepared to travel. Although all done remotely when I finally met Cat the service was the perfect balance of welcoming/professional. This is my first Mini but the handover wasn’t rushed, nor did Cat make assumptions of my knowledge or make me feel silly for not knowing all the tech - I feel really warm about the brand that I’m yet to explore - I genuinely think as a direct result of my experience this won’t be my last visit to Farnborough or my only Mini!
