Completely alien buying a new car but from the very start Rhiannon was kind, helpful and professional. She has an in depth knowledge of exactly what I was looking for. Outstanding customer service skills and made me instantly feel at ease. Rhiannon kept me updated from the sale to collection. A credit to the team. I would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the service at Mini Hailsham! Steve and Rhiannon were absolutely fantastic when I purchased my Mini.They really went the extra mile to help me to find the right 🚗 car, as I wasn't quite sure which model suit me best. Had a great experience buying my first car with Mini. Kyle was really helpful and helped me find the right car for me and was very patient with me during my test drive! The communication was great and overall was a really easy experience, would recommend to anyone else.

Recently, my partner picked up his new car from Audi. The experience was extremely poor compared to my recent experience of buying my convertible mini from Lee at Hailsham Mini. The service I received from Lee was outstanding. I dealt with him from start to finish, he was extremely competent on finding me the car I wanted, very professional and made me feel that my purchase mattered. The trade in and car handover was seamless, and Lee was brilliant showing me the new functionality of the car. The bow on the car and the bottle of fizz was a very nice touch from Mini, which made the collection of the car a special day. Also the follow up from Lee, checking everything was ok was good too. His efficiency and proactivity was excellent.

We’ve been coming to Group 1 Auto for at least 8 or 9 years now, and every experience reminds us why we keep coming back. A huge thank you to Eleora for looking after us during the latest refresh of my wife’s Mini habit! Eleora was wonderfully attentive, patient, professional, and refreshingly zero-pressure throughout the whole process. As always with Group 1, the customer service was top-tier from start to finish—friendly, easy, and completely stress-free. It was a genuine pleasure doing business with Eleora and the team. We’ll definitely see you again in a couple of years! (P.S. Hands down the best dealership coffee we’ve had in ages!)

Bought a lot of minis here, always impeccable service, Eleora was fantastic. Great car, wonderful service. Only one negative, sales people clearly incentivised to sell additional 'Mini Esssentials' protection packs, we bought the 'SMART protection' for everyday bodywork damage... its not fit for purpose, claiming super difficult and little human input seemingly, I would avoid that and save yourself £445.
