A tad over £500 for a quick minor service on my Mini Cooper. No repair work/extra stuff done. Once there, my car was pushed from a midday appointment, all the way to pretty much the last available slot of the day, I appreciate that there can be delays but it didn't help when I saw several other customers come and go in that time. I know BMW servicing can be pricey but it was just a minor service for a mini and rushed at that, even the complimentary valet was only half done. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Group 1 Mini Ipswich really surprised me, in the best way. They squeezed me in last minute for an MOT, were super friendly, and totally transparent about the issues. I walked in expecting wallet pain, but they fixed everything for about half what I thought it’d cost. Even the Minis on the forecourt are priced better than you'd expect, it made me consider trading up!

We really wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond this BMW Mini garage are the best. We will also be bringing our BMW to yourselves for servicing, rather than taking it to Colchester BMW. Thank you so much for your care. Love my new mini.

Unfortunately not a brilliant experience. We found a car in their branch and had been talking to the dealer for a week and a half. We finally sold our car and had the deposit to put down. We called on the Friday to arrange delivery and were told to call back on Saturday morning as the colleague we had been speaking to was back in Saturday morning. Not once did they tell us to reserve the car then, or pay the deposit, which we would have done as we had already arranged finance etc. The next day we woke up, called them to arrange delivery and then were told the car was sold the previous evening after our phone call. Now I understand that sometimes this happens however we had been speaking to them for over a week about this car and had we been told to reserve it, we would have. Very disappointing.
