Generally fab staff and good service, but totally let down by one rude, opinionated woman who thought it was acceptable to keep me waiting more than an hour after my pre-arranged collection time post-service, making me miss an important appointment. Despite a follow up ‘how did we do’ call from BMW, there’s been no apology - and she called me rude! I shan’t be returning.

We bought a Mini JCW Aceman EV from Group1 Ipswich Mini. The sale was handled by Matt Lowes and he is excellent. He guided us through the buying process and patiently answered our many questions. He has a thorough knowledge of the Mini range and when it was time to collect the car ensured that everything was ready and the car fully charged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Group 1 Ipswich Mini to any potential Mini purchasers.

The worst car buying experience ever. These people sold me a Mini Countryman 4x4 with three run flat tyres and one worn one. It then failed its mot, at the same place! For having four worn out brake pads, 4 mismatched unsuitable tyres, it was undriveable, so I had to pay over £700 for brake pads, I had only had the car for 6 months. The garage did replace the tyres foc, but honestly what does that say about the pre sale checks they make so much of. I have the service department video walk round of the mot and it is so bad they should be ashamed they ever sold me that car. I have written dozens of emails and complained to Mini UK Head Office only to have to go over this again and again and be fobbed off. Mini Ipswich haven’t responded apart from once offering £200 which I accepted and they never sent. I was also offered £80 of petrol vouchers, also never sent. I wasn’t going to put on a review but having had no compensation, communication or apology from Ipswich I had no option.

Had a very good experience with Todd at this dealership. Nothing was to much trouble very helpful and very knowledgeable. Arranged a 24 hour test drive for me on the day and although it was not car for me if it had I would have had no problem placing an order with Todd.

Brought a car online and spoke to Macey she was so helpful and informative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I also got my car delivered to my house and I part exchanged my car and they took my old car at the same time.
