Group 1 MINI Norwich

My wife and I have bought our last 4 cars from group 1, first 2 Skodas and this year 2 mini’s. Josh Tom and Oakley are absolute stars. They genuinely care for the customer rather than the do the sale and move on attitude prevalent at many dealers. My latest purchase from them was excellent. The price was better than keen and included significant extras they had not even mentioned until the handover. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any potential Mini buyer.

Recently bought a MINI from Group 1 Norwich and dealt with George Boulter from my initial enquiry right through to collection. George was absolutely brilliant throughout. Communication was excellent, he kept me updated at every stage, answered any questions I had and made the whole process incredibly straightforward and relaxed. There was never any pressure and I always felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and the overall deal. The MINI I bought was very much at the lower end of the price range compared with a lot of the cars the dealership usually retails, but that made absolutely no difference to the way George treated me. The level of service was exactly what I would have expected if I had been buying something much newer or considerably more expensive, which is a real credit to him. For what I paid, I also feel like I got an awful lot of car for the money. It was exactly the sort of MINI I had been looking for, with a really strong specification, and George made the whole experience feel every bit as important as a much bigger sale. I was buying from quite a distance away, so having someone at the other end who was responsive and kept everything moving made a huge difference. George sent me a video of the car, kept me informed while everything was being prepared and made sure everything was ready for collection. He even came in on his day off to personally complete the handover, which I really appreciated and I think says a lot about the level of service he provides. A genuine 10/10 for George Boulter. Friendly, professional, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from him in the future.
