Recently bought a MINI from Group 1 Norwich and dealt with George Boulter from my initial enquiry right through to collection. George was absolutely brilliant throughout. Communication was excellent, he kept me updated at every stage, answered any questions I had and made the whole process incredibly straightforward and relaxed. There was never any pressure and I always felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and the overall deal. The MINI I bought was very much at the lower end of the price range compared with a lot of the cars the dealership usually retails, but that made absolutely no difference to the way George treated me. The level of service was exactly what I would have expected if I had been buying something much newer or considerably more expensive, which is a real credit to him. For what I paid, I also feel like I got an awful lot of car for the money. It was exactly the sort of MINI I had been looking for, with a really strong specification, and George made the whole experience feel every bit as important as a much bigger sale. I was buying from quite a distance away, so having someone at the other end who was responsive and kept everything moving made a huge difference. George sent me a video of the car, kept me informed while everything was being prepared and made sure everything was ready for collection. He even came in on his day off to personally complete the handover, which I really appreciated and I think says a lot about the level of service he provides. A genuine 10/10 for George Boulter. Friendly, professional, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from him in the future.

A good experience from the very first step onto the premises. Nothing was too much trouble for our Sale Executive Josh. He took his time to answer all our questions before bringing an example of the model we wished to purchase to the door to assist my wife who was disabled. Once having ordered the vehicle he kept us updated on delivery estimates so we where always fully aware of the current situation. On collection day he smoothly transitioned us from our previous vehicle to the new one. He made sure we did not leave the dealership until we fully understood and where happy with the operating details of our new car.
