Advised car was valeted the day prior to collection, which it wasn’t. Sticky stains on centre console, an accumulation of grime under seats. This was very disappointing as I would have expected the car to be cleaned inside prior to collection given the issues already raised.
It is difficult getting through on the phone also.
Whilst I welcomed manager contacting and apologising and the sales person also apologising, I would not use again nor recommend given the unnecessary stress caused during the buying experience which could easily have been avoided.
