I visited Skoda New Southgate on a Sunday to get the battery changed in my key fob. Even though the parts department was closed, Sarfaraz went above and beyond to help me out. He showed me exactly how to change the battery, took my old battery out, cleaned it, and put it back in. It is now working perfectly! He did all of this knowing that we didn't even buy our car from this dealership. I highly appreciate his excellent customer service, kindness, and helpful attitude. Thank you, Sarfaraz!

Long overdue review, but here it is. May this year got in touch with the dealership for an Octavia VRS. From the first call I have had nothing but respect for the guys. Granted, was a bit sceptical for the process of buying something as valuable over the phone as I live in Aberdeen, but every step of the way I was given accurate details and to the point. 2 weeks later after the call flew down to London to pick my car and was spotless. No surprises, no additional cost just what was discussed over the phone. Robert and the guys have been nothing but first class. After the car was bought Robert even made several phone calls to see how the car is handling and if I like my decission. I sure do. If I decide to change it in the future this is where I will look first
