Better than the Liverpool branch, the girls at the service desk were amazing very helpful and such a laugh, they pushed my MOT forward for me so I wasn’t walking round Cheshire oaks all day, if I was to buy another Mercedes I’d for sure buy it from this branch.

An outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cheshire Oaks from the whole team and Jack Clarke in particular. While searching for a new car I had visited a few dealerships with some being closer to home but the first-class experience from the whole team here drew me back. From booking in a few test drives right through to purchase the team were friendly, informative and honest throughout. They provided me with all the information I needed to make my mind up and I felt well looked after. In particular, Jack went above and beyond to organise an extremely quick turn around and handover over the weekend just days before Christmas. A huge thank you for all your effort and making this a special Christmas with some nice quiet roads to drive on. I look forward to my next trip down to the show room at Cheshire Oaks and would not hesitate to recommend or do business there again. Merry Christmas to the whole team Chris

The people at this franchise are alway super friendly but totally hamstrung by MB corporate policy against which there seems to be very little in terms of local flexibility. Such a pity, as it seems MB corporate is far more interested in the corporate client or pcp customer with the private owner, with expectations of the personal touch, regarded as an inconvenience. In summary; I love my car, the people at the franchise are super nice, but as a brand you suck. And all this negativity is over MBs stringent requirement to book my car in for a full diagnostic when my issue is only with a dud auxiliary battery that I purchased from the part dept, fitted myself, replaced myself, identified as being faulty myself and replaced once more myself. All I want is for them to accept the faulty part back under warranty but they won’t do it without doing a full vehicle diagnostic at the cost of me being without the car for a day and paying a couple of hundred quid. Really, really poor customer focus.

Just recently bought our Mercedes Benz GMB 200 from Cheshire Oaks. Wanted to give my feedback and review on the whole process. It started with my enquiry which Emily Hodson dealt with effectively giving me the information I needed to know about the vehicle. We did not want to buy impulsively and did our own homework. We were followed up at the right pace by the Sales Team by Jack Clarke and all the way through the process Jack like many others were on the ball, very polite and courteous, understanding any concerns we had and very knowledgeable about the queries we had. We live in Hampshire and all correspondence was done on the phone or via Email which worked well and we were never pressured. The Group1auto Staff all knew their stuff about their specialised subjects and Mark Wilson & Christopher Timoti were also a big help in getting everything completed. But Jack Clarke was the main person who was with us every step of the way. So glad we used Group1auto and would highly recommend the Team and especially Jack Clarke to be the Sales Executive you use. The showroom is having a full refurb currently so the portacabin’s wasn’t quite the setup we imagined but you can’t have it all – lol. Not the experience I expected from Mercedes. I bought my car from a different Mercedes branch (Bedford) where the experience was absolutely fantastic. When I took my car to this branch in Cheshire Oaks, unfortunately it was a different story. Credit where it’s due - Rebecca was absolutely lovely when booking my car in. A pleasure to deal with. From there it went down hill. Miscommunications between the colleagues - throughout the day while my car was in, I was called by 3 different members of the team who were clearly not on the same page. Phone calls throughout the day, which turned what could have been a short transaction into what felt like a long saga. I was told to expect a call back, 3 hours later there was still no word. Overall it just felt really disjointed. I felt as though Scott was very condescending. I was so put off that I instead went around the corner to purchase from a different brand.
