excellent experience buying my Mercedes GLC from Mercedes Cheshire Oaks, thanks to Jack the whole process went smoothly from start to finish A lot of people are always quick to post negative feedback, but when you receive the customer service I received it has to be acknowledged Jack is a real credit to the Cheshire's oaks dealership and it’s refreshing to deal with real people for a change, instead of a pushy sales team I hope his efforts going above and beyond for the customer doesn’t go unnoticed Ps only downside he supports Shrewsbury fc but I was willing to forgive him for that Good luck for the future

Honestly, I have had the best experience with the team at Mercedes Cheshire Oaks. They’ve all been an outstanding support through my process getting a new car. However, if I had to recommend anyone it would be Jack Clarke. He went above and beyond for me the whole process. Answered any questions, even if I felt silly to ask. He was available whenever he was in or even out of office hours (available through email). He’s been funny and super kind which is honestly like a breath of fresh air after having some bad experiences myself. Like I said I would recommend him to anyone and I have. Thank you so much Mercedes. Jack is a credit to you.

Outstanding service from Jack Clarke through the whole process at Mercedes Group 1 Cheshire Oaks. From Jack’s support (and patience!) with helping me decide that a new build would be the best approach based on my desired spec through to delivery day, it’s been a great experience. Jack was clear and concise on all the communication, set realistic expectations with timescales and made the large volume of necessary document signing, reviews and any amendments effortless. This is my second car from here now and Jack’s made sure they’ve upped the level of professionalism here. It also helps when the sales person is genuinely enthusiastic and (almost!) as excited as you are when you collect your new car. I have no doubt I’ll be back for my next car from here in the future.

A special thank you to Emily Hodson, who looked after everything for me. Emily was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure the handover day was smooth and enjoyable. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured – just great customer service and attention to detail. Emily clearly takes pride in what she does and it really shows. The GLC 300 Premium Plus is an incredible car and I couldn’t be happier with it, but what made the experience even better was the level of service I received at Mercedes-Benz Chester. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Emily to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes. Thanks again for making it such a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

MICHILIN PRIMACY was on from new replaced with MICHILIN CROSS CLIMATE
