This company is rubbish. They sell you are car with warranty to cover everything and it doesn't cover everything. They then try to charge you for repairs without spekaing to the warranty company on all of the issues. Sadly, this is not the only issue I have had with this garage and I would suggest that you avoid using this garage.

I had booked a slot for an MOT and 8 year service for my Ford Focus. A person on the reception desk offered to help as soon as I arrived. She quickly found the electronic record for my car and the work that was to be carried out. She told me the basic cost of the work which I agreed to and she said that Ford recommended a change of brake fluid which I also agreed to. She also asked if I wanted the car to be washed but I declined as I had just had it washed. She then took my key and said that I would be contacted later during the day as the work progressed. Later I was sent a video of the under-car check that had been carried out. The person who carried out the check pointed out items that would need attention before long. Soon afterwards someone phoned and asked if I wanted to proceed with any of these and I agreed to have three tyres replaced. Later I received a phone call saying that the car was ready to pick up. On my arrival the receptionist went through the bill with me. I payed the bill and the receptionist drove the car round for me. The people that I encountered (which was mainly the person on reception) were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful and overall everything went very smoothly.
