My experience at Chandlers MINI Hailsham was positive because Rhiannon and Joe made us feel very welcome and valued and were eager to help and answer any questions we had. When it came to handover, we were made aware of all services and insurances but we were never made to feel pressured, which was a breath of fresh air. On the day of viewing and purchasing the vehicle, was welcomed warmly, set up a test drive quickly and was given informative information about the preparation of the car and general information about the purchase such as warranty etc. Basically a really good experience.
