I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new MINI! I absolutely love it, and the whole experience of getting my car was made so easy and enjoyable by the team at MINI Group 1 Hailsham. All of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was throughout the process. I’d especially like to thank Stephen, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He made everything feel so smooth and stress-free. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and that I was happy with my new car. She even made numerous calls to get my car delivered much faster than normal. Excellent experience at Mini in Hailsham. Bought a Mini Countryman E Classic which I’m loving. Particularly impressed with Eleora on the sales team who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was quick to respond to my emails and questions and talked me through the leasing process. I had been considering a Kia but the Mini won out both in terms of test drive and the overall offer. Highly recommend
